Walk to Forsyth Park: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Parking
- Welcome to The Julia Ann, located a 15 minute stroll from Forsyth Park and right on the border of the South Historic District and Victorian District. Our home features a brand new hot tub and cozy fire pit in our private fenced backyard. We offer two free off-street parking spaces so you can leave your cars behind and walk or Uber to the many local bars, restaurants and attractions (our favorites are listed below.)
THE SPACE:
Whether you're here for a family vacation, a reunion with friends, or to visit SCAD, our home is set up for unwinding. You can start your mornings with coffee on the front porch rocking chairs, and end your evenings soaking in the backyard hot tub under the string lights.
Completely remodeled in 2017, The Julia Ann balances historic charm with modern comfort. The open floor plan main area has a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a stocked coffee bar (we even have to-go cups for your morning walks), a comfortable living room, and a modern dining area. Upstairs, everyone has room to spread out with two queen bedrooms and a spacious king master suite with screened balcony.

WALKABLE DINING NEIGHBORHOOD FAVORITES:
Our home is located on the border of the South Historic District and the Victorian District. We love the location because you can experience Savannah like a local instead of a tourist, and we are surrounded by places we actually go to all the time.
4 min → Bobbie's Diner: A beautifully restored 1950s diner owned by SCAD. Our son's favorite is the pancakes, and the classic breakfast is amazing.
5 min → PERC Coffee: Our absolute go-to for coffee. We love the lattes and the casual warehouse vibe.
7 min → Treylor Park Pizza Party: A fun, retro pizza spot with really unique and creative toppings.
7 min → Tacos & Tequila: A great neighborhood spot with massive margaritas and excellent street tacos.
9 min → Cotton & Rye: A fantastic restaurant located in a renovated 1950s bank. Perfect for a nicer dinner out.
10 min → The Sentient Bean: A staple coffee shop right at the foot of the park that also has great vegetarian food.
10 min → Brighter Day Natural Foods Market: Perfect for some to-go lunches and all of your organic fruits and veggies.
13 min → Bull Street Taco: A bustling neighborhood favorite. You have to try the fresh fish tacos.
14 min → Maté Factor: A unique, multi-level rustic teahouse with a great bakery. We love sitting out on the patio here.
18 min → Saint Bibiana: An elegant spot for handmade Italian pastas and great cocktails in a historic setting.
20 min → Collins Quarter at Forsyth: Perfect for a weekend brunch right inside the park.
SIGHTS & CONVENIENCES:
✔︎ To explore Savannah's classic historic sites, head to the waterfront to stroll down the cobblestones of River Street and watch the massive cargo ships pass by.
✔︎ While you are downtown, you have to stop by Leopold's Ice Cream on Broughton Street—it is an iconic Savannah staple that has been serving amazing, old-school scoops since 1919!
