Lincoln St Condo: Quiet Spot Near Night Life!

Incredible location! This condo is in a historic brick building nestled just off of downtown Savannah's premier shopping and night life strip. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, stocked kitchen, private laundry, a wet bar and nice dining table await you in this compact but spacious unit steps from every restaurant, museum and tourist landmark in the Historic District! First floor so not many stairs to navigate! Easy public street parking.

Two of the bedrooms have 2 Twin beds and they share a full bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The small living/dining combination room has a bar area. The full kitchen is off the hallway.

Public street parking can be paid for via City of Savannah parking app (Sunday is free) and public City owned garages are also nearby for those who prefer a parking deck.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Savannah, and this place truly couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted to do was an easy 10–15 minute walk, which made our ladies’ weekend feel effortless. There were five of us, and the house was ideal for our group: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully set up. The home is thoughtfully decorated with so many lovely little touches—it immediately felt welcoming and special. Several of us are early risers, and our mornings became a favorite ritual. We’d walk just around the corner to the SCAD coffee shop for coffee and pastries, then settle in to play games. SCAD had games everywhere in its bright, inviting space, and before long we started joking that it had become our “other living room.”We also loved having 17Hundred90 less than a block away—great food, a lively bar, and yes… we may have left with our own possible ghost story. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. The location, combined with such a well-appointed and beautifully decorated flat, really can’t be beat. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect place for us (4 of us) but bedrooms had twin beds for two more guests. Living room was perfect for 4- would be bit tight with more but could still do it. Beds were comfortable, located on a quiet street but super close to everything !

Was not clean. Sheets dirty, towels and sheets left in washer.had to remove in order to rewash the towels in bathroom. Made a horrific smell throughout apartment. Towels in bathroom smelled musty. Mold in bathroom that is located to tear of apartment. Floors and area rugs are filthy. Turned bottom of socks black. Fuzzy dust on baseboards. Little bugs in master bath sink and on floor. Kuerig needs descaled.Overall this apartment was beyond disappointing. Not sure what has transpired in 3 years since our last stay but not worth the 2k we spent for 3.5 days to rent it. A refund or partial refund would greatly be appreciated as we now must wash all of our wash /sanitize all personal belongings.the washer and dryer smell moldy and need to be cleaned. Washing anything in them will make our clothes smell.furthermore, we must treat our luggage and vehicle with insecticide due to bugs and unclean conditions of the apartment. Unacceptable.

Put towels that were left in the dryer beside laundry unit. Smell terrible

Great property! Right on the end of Broughton, so everything is walkable. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, but a little tight in the living room area if everyone wants to hang out in there. Not a huge deal. We parked the car and walked everywhere! Will absolutely see about staying here again!

Girl Scout Trip

This place was perfect for 4 adults with room for 2 others. Location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. We were on the 1st floor. Parking garage is 1 block away. I would book this place again for my next trip to Savannah. This was a great deal for our stay.

Ahhh Savannah.

Savannah is always a great stay. This property is in need of a bit more effort. Bathroom in master bedroom needs extensive remodeling. Cracked painted floor tile, moldy shower are a few things needed to start with. Floors are very old and very uneven, especially the hall way. When you walk you feel a little unbalanced. A few exposed nails on floor that need immediate attention. If you should step on these spots you will get cut. All other rooms/kitchen and Bathroom are great. Place is quiet as advertised. Price point is way to high for this place. At 500 a night we could have rented two hotel rooms.
