Located 20 minutes east of Savannah, through several miles of beautiful sky and salt marshes, you’ll find Tybee Island — one of the most laid-back beaches on the southeastern coast.
You can sit on the spacious deck facing the ocean, see the cargo ships, relax and sunbathe and enjoy cocktails

Our house is located about 2 blocks north of the Tybee Pavilion and Pier at one of the nicest locations on Tybee Island’s beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, is directly on the beach where you can walk to shopping, the local grocery store, restaurants and bars. There is a large deck facing the ocean that has a dining table, ample seating, a sun umbrella and two loungers.
We have a very cool outdoor shower that you can use from returning from the beach.
Many renovations have recently been completed that include updated space .The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms and the Atlantic Ocean. The appliances are all stainless steel with new cabinetry, an island that serves as a breakfast bar and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. All luxury vinyl flooring on all floors and bead board in all hallways and stairwells are updated features.
The master shower includes a walk in tiled shower. The 2nd bathroom on the top floor has been renovated recently with a new tub, tiling, flooring and wallpaper. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the house, LR, primary BR and BR on the ground floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and the views are breathtaking. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished with quality linens and bed coverings. There are also overhead fans in all of the bedrooms. The 3.5 bathrooms include a half bath on the main floor next to the kitchen, the primary with a walk in shower , the 2nd bathroom with a bathtub/shower and the third bathroom with a walk in shower. Washer and dryer on ground floor available for your use. To reach the beach, you just take the path on the other side of the house and the beach is in sight. The one car garage has plenty of beach chairs, a gas grill, an extra refrigerator, a cooler and a beach umbrella for your use. The driveway can accommodate 3 parked cars. We focus on upkeep and cleanliness and this is just not a rental home but my private home whenever I can meet up with my family.
