Featured Savannah's Little Crooked Houses (Johnson, 2007): "To the very northeast is the aptly named “Tiny House.” This unmistakable structure, a small red frame house with yellow detail and fence, was built in 1845 for the shipbuilder John W Dorsett, but at 422 Hull Street, in Crawford Ward. It was moved to its present address (536 East State Street) after the mid 20th century to preserve it from destruction." Greene Square is one of Savannah's many green spots, and it was established in 1799 as a tribute to General Nathanael Greene, who was a hero of the American Revolution. Greene Square went on to be a central place for African-American culture, including the Second African Baptist Church, which is located just outside of it. The lawn is a great place to bring a blanket and have a picnic, or you can simply sit on one of the benches in the square and watch the nearby streets.

In addition to the on site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
