This recently renovated property has two parts in the main house and garden level. The main house features a king bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom, plus a sitting room with sleeping arrangements for four guests and a shared bathroom. The private library also has a full-size Murphy bed. The living room and dining room both have seating for 10 people. There are four flatscreen TVs located throughout as well as a washer and dryer. The house features wireless internet and cable with HD channels for your convenience. Parking is available for one vehicle off-street, and then there is on-street parking for more vehicles. Make meals in-house with the gourmet kitchen, and stay comfortable with central AC and ceiling fans throughout. The garden level is similarly appointed with a king bedroom, one bathroom, two rolling twin beds, gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for two, plus a washer and dryer. In total, the estate sleeps 14 guests and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
