The finished basement includes two sofas, a bar, ping pong and a foosball table for family and friends to enjoy happy hour and a little competition.
You can prepare a feast in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stone countertops and a bar with four 4 barstools or prepare a formal family meal in the separate dining room which has seating for six.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The upstairs bathroom also has a double vanity with a private bath/shower room.
