This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, two with wall-mounted, Smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance. Want to spend an evening in? What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will purchase a parking pass and or pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.
