Grand Downtown Estate on Broughton for 20 Guests w/ Parking by Lucky Savannah

Enjoy a spectacular visit at Broughton Grand, the home that accommodates twenty Lucky guests on Broughton Street - Savannah's "Main Street" - is within short walking distance to most of downtown's best shopping, dining, and attractions. An architectural gem, this home offers the original historic details dating back to 1860.

Enter the main home on the ground level to the fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, and a large inviting bedroom with King bed. On the 2nd floor, you will find a formal dining room with seating for 6 open to the living room. On the 3rd floor are 2 large bedrooms, a primary bedroom with a King bed and another with a Queen bed and a Twin pull-out chair. An en suite bath with double vanity, standing shower, and large soaking tub can be found just off the master. Access the private Carriage/ Cottage House through the courtyard, upper-level and ground-level studio apartments are equipped with full bathrooms along with a full kitchen in each. The Queen size beds are dressed in hotel-grade linens and a washer and dryer can be found in each apartment.

On the other side of the main house, you will find a detached three-bedroom home named "Blue on Broughton". The first floor includes a converted parlor room with a Queen bed and an adjacent living room. The full kitchen has ample storage space for extended stays. A washer/dryer is also inside the home. Upstairs, find two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom features a King size bed, with the second bedroom a Queen. Both bedrooms have their own dressers, flat-screen TVs, and en suite baths.

House is beautiful and we’re really excited when we arrived. After the arrival it all went downhill from there. AC was broken in two of the three houses, Ice makers were not functioning, one of the beds wasn’t made and had a giant hole in the sheet and the door locks wouldn’t work sometimes. After multiple calls we were able to get the room set up and the ice maker working. However the Ac was never fixed and they put a fan in the room… it was 80 degrees. The rental company would never call me back I had to call them for an update and the items would never get fixed. The Ac in the main hosue was just never fixed. We were all hot and it was awful.

Great place for 16 girls - everyone had their own space. The courtyard was lovely to have coffee and bagels in the morning. Central location to a lot of shops and restaurants. Helpful staff. Great stay!

Beautiful Historical Home the Courtyard is AWESOME!! Great location & would rent again

My family of 20 were in town for a wedding / reunion and we would book this property again. We loved everything about these homes, and it is in a great location. There were a few things that made the stay inconvenient. The homes were clean, but the “stocked” kitchen was not stocked, it was like Housekeeping went willy-nilly with items that were supposed to be provided, odd. Not recommended for any guest with restrictions, as there are lots of stairs. There is only 1 shower on the first floor, which is in the lower-level studio apartment. The main house has two showers on the 3rd floor, the blue house has two showers on the 2nd floor, and the other studio apartment has a shower on the 2nd floor. The online accuracy of this property’s description is a little convoluted and misleading. I did notice that a “Sleeping Configuration” has been added to the website, providing a clearer picture of what to expect in each property. 4 night stay

Great Staycation in Savannah, GA

This is an amazing property in the heart of downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to all our planned destinations, even in spite of a weekend full of rain. Would love to stay here again.

Family Gathering for my 50th

Immediately approaching the property we saw how accessible it was do River Street and downtown shops. Everything within walking distance. The property itself was a true testament to Savannah's historical charm. The estate was arranged to hold twenty people which as great. The lay out made sure that everyone had enough room. The three homes on the estate made sure no one was on top of each other and had enough space. We loved it and will definitely come back. I only wish we had a pool because it was just so hot outside during this time of the year.

Girls trip

There were 11 of us girls. Had a fabulous time. Easy to get from place to place (definitely a walking town). Close to the water front. The house meet all our needs .. 3 separate houses on the same property was a little confusing at first to get in, but eventually we figured it out. Showers are only on the 3rd floor (main house) and 2nd floor of the blue house, carriage house bedrooms have showers on each floor. Great house with lots of character. Would recommend!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful historic home with plenty of space for large groups. It was an easy walk to River Street and other downtown Savannah restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay!

Great House within walking distance to downtown and the river front

We stayed here for a long weekend and golf outing. All the houses were clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. There was enough parking for our entire group and it was easy to walk anywhere downtown or by the river. The houses are a great way to give everyone their own space and also provide common areas like the courtyard and living areas when everyone wants to hang out together. The whole process is managed through an app and very seamless.
