Just a few blocks from Forsyth Park, this pet friendly home has everything you’ll need for a weekend getaway or longer, extended stay. This beautifully updated 1 bedroom home has a comfortable back porch, and all the amenities you need for a short stay or an extended vacation. This home features original hardwood floors, a huge bathroom with shower, and an amazing designer kitchen.

The large, modern living room has two French doors that let in plenty of natural light, and lead to the front porch. Decorated with local art, the large flat-screen TV is set upon an easel and can be seen from anywhere in the room. Pocket doors lead into the eat-in kitchen. The large island and stainless steel appliances make cooking a pleasure. Enjoy a quick meal at the breakfast bar or an intimate dinner at your private table for two. Just off the kitchen is the renovated full bath, which has a large vanity and a shower with a built-in seat.

The King bed is perfect for curling up in after a long day of exploring Savannah. The large closet provides plenty of space to unpack and settle in, and includes the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer.

Non-metered Parking
This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
