Convenient and clean, but wow, it was loud! We stayed there Thursday through Sunday, and music could be heard as well as felt vibrating through the floorboards from early evening past 3 a.m. This is not anomalous because there is a basement nightclub in the building, and white noise machines are provided in both bedrooms, but that plus earplugs are insufficient for a decent night’s sleep. 10/10 would not stay there again.

Girls weekend in Savannah

We had an excellent stay at this location. Getting into the unit was easy peasy and you can't ask for a better location. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

Savannah friends trip

The property was as described in the listing, great location and very comfortable rooms. Our only problem was the elevator was not working the whole weekend and we had to carry heavy luggage up the steps. Also the the listing does not explain that the parking that is included is 15 mins away for the apartment, not sure how we would have used that, so we paid a daily rate at a place on the street. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location-Not Secure Stay

Property was well maintained and clean, however, on the final morning of our stay (before 7am), an unknown person with the keypad code, entered the unit unannounced. This is obviously a safety and privacy concern. I have brought this up to the property management team and despite following up on two separate occasions, have not received a resolution on the issue.

10 yr anniversary stay

This is a great location. Everything in walking distance. However, it is VERY noisy! The loud music and the laughter of everyone in the streets can EASILY be heard. We had no problem with it at all during the day, but be aware that on Friday and Saturday nights, the noise goes til 2am. There is a sound machine, however, it was really no help. A fan is provided, however, it does not work. Upon arrival, we attempted to enter our condo, however, the instructions we were given ahead of time did not work. Luckily, the answering service is very responsive and we only had to stand outside the entrance roughly 5minutes. Both bathrooms have pedestal sinks and no shelves, so no countertop space at all. Not a huge deal, rather just an annoyance. Bathrooms could also use some minor updates, painting, caulking, etc. Overall, I would recommend this property for individuals who enjoy the nightlife. I would not recommend for Families with small children or individuals who go to bed before 2am on a Friday or Saturday night.

Great location

We couldn't have found a better location. This place was near everything. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Clean and spacious. Perfect for couples and I'm even thinking of bring the family back to stay.

Great Location!

Our stay was enjoyable and we loved the access we had to literally everything downtown Savannah!! The apartment was cute, cozy and tidy. We had everything we needed. I know there are other reviews about the noise, and while you can hear the street traffic, it didn’t bother us. We did use the sound machine in the front room. (Pro Tip: there's an actual shade that pulls down in the front room...I suggest using it bc those beautiful, tall windows let in lots of natural light...and well, we like to sleep lol). The beds aren't terrible...mostly comfortable, but both make noise with the slightest movement....for a lighter sleeper (not me, haha), it could keep them awake. Again, overall we loved this little place! Right in the heart of everything! We would 100% stay here again!!

Great place in the historic district

Really enjoyed the stay. Property was as described. Location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything. It was a bit noisy in the area, As you would expect from a town with more bars and nightclubs than anywhere I’ve ever seen, but we still slept fine. Beautiful city, and a great experience. We will be back.

Wonderful stay

This apartment is very cute and very convenient to City Market and River Street. The only complaint we have is the noise level. The walls are thinner so we could hear neighboring units as if they were in ours and loud music being played outside at all hours of the day/night.

Great location

Although there was no parking directly in front of the condo, the parking garage was only about a block away and the condo provided a voucher for free parking. We never had to access our car during the 2-night stay because the condo is within walking distance of the river, restaurants, shops, etc.

Unbearable noise levels

Noise levels cannot be overstated. Loud revving engines and club thumping music from 9pm to 2-3am every single night. This should noted up front in bold on the listing. Den rug needs a deep clean, no way that’s been done in over a year. Checking in is quite a hassle if you have anything more than one bag per person.
