Tucked behind a charming Victorian, you’ll enter through the iron gate on Park Avenue and let the paved path lead you to the cottage. Parkside Cottage offers the convenience of downtown, but with the silence of a residential neighborhood. The living room features a sofa and additional seating, while the breakfast nook rests just below the kitchen. The full kitchen packs in all the essentials in a compact space. A full bath with tub/shower combo and wide, single vanity is found just off the kitchen.
The other side of the cottage hosts the bedroom with Queen size bed and ample closet space. Guests will absolutely enjoy this quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Parking: Non-metered Parking
This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
