Beautiful stay in Savannah

This property is in a beautiful area right beside Forsyth Park. It is about a 20 min walk down to the river, so the location is great if youā€™re up for walking! The streets are beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly! The house was very clean and the host was very responsive! It was great to have off street parking also. Iā€™d definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property. The location cannot be beat! If you like to hang out in the downtown area of Savannah, this is an amazing location! It is right next to Forsyth Park and easy walking distance to everything downtown. One of the best features of this Vrbo is that you have one free parking space on the property - you don't have to worry about parking meters, parking garages, etc. We didn't spend much time in the Vrbo itself, other than sleeping and getting ready. However, if you got stuck inside due to rain or just wanted to relax, you have everything you need - TV, Wi-Fi, a well equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The beds are very comfy. It is really quiet - no downtown noise, sirens, etc., that we have experienced at some of the area hotels. We slept well. We didn't hear any of the neighbors. The unit is upstairs, but that didn't pose any issues for us. There is both a front and a back entrance, so you can park in the back and bring your things up the back stairs (after you unlock the door from the inside - meaning you have to initially enter the unit from the front door). The host, Braxton, was very responsive to any message that I sent. We visit Savannah often and we will definitely stay here again if it's available!

This property is even better than advertised! The location is great with access to all of downtown Savannah. It is a super clean and well maintained unit right next to Forsyth Park. The unit is very modern inside with a historic feel outside. . The street view is beautiful. There is great parking directly behind the unit. If youā€™re going to Savannah, I highly recommend staying here.

SCAD Graduation Weekend

This place was an absolute wonderful find!Booked for our SCAD Beeā€™s graduation and it was perfect. It was literally beside our kidā€™s dorm building.Location was perfect (across from Forsyth Park & walkable to everything); great communication with owners; the unit matched the description perfectly; super clean; beds were very comfortable; and very spacious for 4 adults. Much more comfortable than a hotel.We will definitely book this unit again!

Fantastic host

This property is great and in a great location - 1 block from Forsyth Park. The host could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately the weather in Savannah during our stay was torrential rain for days. The VRBO had a ceiling leak but the host was responsive and accommodated our needs at a different property. All in all would book properties through this host again.

Amazing Location

We stayed for a long weekend. We could walk just about everywhere we needed to go, Forsyth Park is across the street and we got to enjoy a Farmer's Market on Saturday. We were amazed at how quiet it was for being on a busier street. Highly recommend and definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful experience! The space was clean and beautiful. The most gorgeous street, right next to a bus stop, and right next to the park. Would recommend to anyone. The host was AMAZING and helped us with anything we needed.

Wonderful Apartment

Very clean, well kept, updated and quiet. Plenty of utensils and dishes. We are a couple of senior citizens who should have had a ground floor but we managed the outside stairs which are sturdy with handrails. The inside ones to the bedrooms are easy. I recommend the owners might put a grab bar in the shower and tub and maybe a couple of robe hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. It is very close to the free bus (dot) to downtown and right across from Forsyth Park. Several restaurants within walking distance and also near squares. A deck of cards and a jigsaw puzzle or a board game for down time would be nice. All in all our experience for first time visitors to Savannah was excellent.

Best sleep ever

This charming condo suited our needs perfectly. The host was so friendly and answered ALL of my questions. The beds are so comfortable which was the perfect way to end my long day of walking and shopping. The location was perfect. A few opportunities would be adding a full-length mirror, hangers for the closets and a chair with a possible desk/vanity in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a little small but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. THANK YOU

Wonderful spot!

This condo was in a perfect and safe location that was only a 10 minute walk to most everything you would want to do in historic downtown Savannah. The property manager was super quick to respond with anything questions we had. Nice amenities and up to date appliances and finishes. Comfortable for 4 adults and possibly a child or 2. Definitely will recommend and stay again!!

Savannah snow

Well this was a complete different Savannah experience with the first snowstorm in 30 years! Visiting my daughter at SCAD! The house is as pictured online. Very roomy for multiple guest. 2 en-suite bathrooms were wonderful to have. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and that was a good thing since the snowstorm shut everything down. Was able to make my daughterā€™s favorite meals and watch movies as we were snowed in. Parking in back was another plus. Location perfect right across Forsyth. Only downside is the many stairs to get in with luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

I can not emphasize how great this townhouse is. It is so clean, you can literally eat off the floor. Super comfortable beds and the location is the very best in all of Savanah. Just a short stroll to everything including a Kroger grocery store

Perfect place for our get away

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Savannah for our mini vacay. Felt like home from the moment we stepped in the door! The home is exceptionally clean and is very well stocked with anything we needed from plenty of towels and tissue to pots pans and dishes. It is perfectly situated next to the beautiful Forsyth Park. The free historic district shuttle stop is conveniently located right beside the building. Braxton is the perfect host. He offered suggestions of places to visit and eat during our stay. He quickly responded to and questions we had.

My husband, son and I had an extremely nice stay at condo. It was clean, free of cluster and had a sense of calm. It was very easy to relax while there. It was a 5 minute drive (or 25 minute walk) to SCAD, which was why we were visiting Savannah. We were right next to Forsyth Park. It is a lovely park and great for a stroll. There were numerous restaurants not far from the place. The host was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying at the condo again if we find ourselves back in Savannah!

Lovely apartment and neighborhood

We live in FL and met our friends from NC in Savannah!! The apartment was perfect. It was lovely, clean, comfortable and located across the street from fantastic Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals and sat around in our apartment and had wonderful conversations! Highly recommend this apartment and btw, they have parking!!
