Beautifully decorated, French Country style carriage house located in Historic Downtown Savannah! Everything you need for a Romantic Savannah Getaway! Conveniently located within walking distance to Forsyth Park, local restaurants, shops, the dog park, and more! Private Courtyard & Pet Friendly!

Indulge yourself by the fireplaces in the chilly mornings and evenings of the Holiday Season. Free firewood is stacked outside. Wax logs are available at the grocery store nearby.

This Property is perfect for Corporate & Monthly rentals. Ask about special monthly rates and discounts!

Our housekeeping Team is working hard to provide excellent service you and your family. We are following all CDC Guidelines for cleaning, and doing regular deep cleans for every one of our properties. You will be able to see a specific cleaning checklist that we have followed upon arrival or upon request.

The cottage was an excellent stay! Was very clean coming into and was just a delight to stay in. Very cozy and like a home away from home for us. The owners left amenities and even left us wood to make a fire in the night. Was also got a chance to meet Monique and she was very sweet to talk with. We will definitely be coming back!

This carriage house is absolutely stunning. And spotless. It is in a great location in Savannah, we walked everywhere. The decor and courtyard are beautiful. I felt like I was in someone’s elegant and pristine guest house, not a rental. Thank you so much for the welcoming and amazing space.

Great Place

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to all of the sights and activities we wanted to do. The carriage house was clean and well stocked for our stay.

Romantic Cottage for two.

We were greeted with open arms by our host and felt right at home. The cottage has all of Savannah’s old charm. Our stay was in the summer, so the street was quiet. The windows do not have shades, but you can open the windows and close the outside shutters so not to let the morning sun in. It was nice to be able to sleep in and just take our time getting ready for the day. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

The Carriage House was absolutely lovely. So close to great restaurants and all the historic squares! We walked everywhere! Savannah is a pet-friendly town, so many locations had water out for pets and outside seating allowed for fur-babies to join! As an extra bonus, there is a great Dog Exercise Park directly across the street from the Carriage House. Could not have asked for a better weekend!

From the original artwork on the walls, the clever design and optimal use of the space, the country French decor, the shutters that could be closed at night and opened in the morning, the beautiful private garden patio... we'll be back! Such a convenient location too - we could walk almost everywhere.

Cozy and convenient

Property was small and charming and, in good walking distance to attractions in town. Our only concern was that of comfort. Bed was not very comfortable nor was the furniture downstairs. Fortunately we were not in the house much.

Reviewer Comments: My goal in booking this place was to stay in a historic building and be within walking distance of most things and it came through on both goals. It has such charm and character. Impeccably clean and the garden is also wonderfully maintained. We were able to park our car right out front and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Since we had a kitchen we grabbed some breakfast items so we wouldn’t have to walk to find breakfast each morning.

Very pretty, quaint little house! We liked the style and all the wood. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was really cute. The house is pretty little though. There are no blinds/curtains on the windows/patio door downstairs so we didn’t like being down there at night. Plus the house has an alleyway on one side of it. The only valid downside to this property is the sound of traffic and trying to find parking on the street, in front of the house. Luckily we went in Jan (off season) so it wasn’t too bad!

The wonderful feeling of spending four days here is so comforting and relaxing.Walking in town and seeing the architecture is great even at 48 degrees. The Christmas Tradition at the Theater was also spectacular.A trip to Tyree Island was well worth it. Then walking the river front was exciting. it was abnormally cold but the return each evening back to the Carriage House was so comforting and cozy. The actual fireplaces were great in december as it was a bit chilly. I would stay here again - however, I would also try to stay more like Jones street as that would be closer and wouldnt have to drive/park - but parking wasnt a big issue during the first week of December. Oh and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Great Labor Day Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Country Cottage feel is wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The little patio was very enjoyable to sit in. The street and neighborhood are very quiet, yet easy walking distance to all downtown Savannah has to offer including River St. The only issue we had is that the only large burner on the stove didn't work. And we're not fans of cast iron skillets for frying eggs, so that was a challenge. Everything else was great!

Unique & quiet stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a unique, quiet place to stay, this house is definitely for you! This is a beautiful carriage house and is located off of the main road so traffic is lighter and it isn't as loud. Shopping, restaurants, and fun are only about a 5 minute drive away, or if you're up for it you can walk. This house is absolutely beautiful but is on the smaller side, so I would only recommend for a couple or an individual. It is very clean and well maintained. The bed is comfy and there were plenty of pillows/blankets. The kitchen is well equipped if you're looking to make your own meals. The courtyard is shared with the owner, who lives right next door. She has a beautiful dog named Anton, whom we got to briefly visit with. There are 2 fire places that you can make fires in, if the weather is on the colder side (we did not as it was warmer). The only negatives I can say are the steps are a little bit slippery. They are wooden and appear to be original to the house. When walking up and down you want to make sure you have ahold of the railing at all times. Also, the shower/tub is a little on the smaller side once the shower curtain is closed around you. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We're already making plans to come back again. When visiting, be sure to walk over to Clary's Cafe for breakfast/brunch. We loved their food and enjoyed the beautiful walk there and back. Also, The Olde Pink House and Treylor Park Double Wide Diner were our favorites for lunch/dinner. You may want to make reservations for The Olde Pink House, however as that is a very popular place.
