A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande is a multilevel, two-bedroom town home just a stone's throw away from the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park.

Park your car in the private garage and step up into the contemporary living quarters of your dreams. The first floor boasts high ceilings and an open floor plan, ideal for family gatherings and weekend getaways with close friends. Take advantage of the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and cook a full meal for you and your guests, or, step onto the cobblestone pavement and walk a short distance to some of Savannah's most renowned restaurants and cafes.

The upstairs hosts two bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The primary bedroom boasts a King size bed, and the guest room has a Queen size bed. Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.

Great Family Min-Vacy

A quick little getaway for cousins who hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years reuniting and we had a fabulous time in the beautiful city of Savannah and enjoyed the lovely home on Howard Street.

Great trip!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

Girls get away

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious too! They are located right across from Forsythe park. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it until we left Savannah. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. We did walk a lot of miles! Be aware the garage is very tight for SUVs. The only recommendation to the owners, it would be nice if wash cloths were provided. Overall, we loved this unit and if we come back to Savannah would not hesitate to stay here again!

A perfect spot

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It had everything including safe private parking and just moments from Forsyth Park. We loved the Saturday activities at the park from the Farmers Market to all the art and craft vendors. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Nice condo near Forsyth Park

Great location with off-street parking. The condo was well furnished and well maintained - perfect for enjoying time with friends. The location was perfect - on a quiet street close to Forsyth Park. We enjoyed the Saturday Farmer’s Market in the park, as well as the nearby coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Savannah is beautiful and location was perfect. Unfortunately the restaurants lacked but we didn't let that disrupt stay. Loved Forsythe Park and we enjoyed our river walk. Having the Dot was great. Having the garage was a huge bonus and we highly recommend this home.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property. The mattresses were great and the furniture allowed for relaxed sprawling. Plenty of on street parking. The garage was a bit small for our mid sized SUV. Everything else was top notch.

Nice Stay in Savannah

Very comfortable and quiet. This townhouse is located within walking distance from everything we wanted to see in the historic district. Its within a block from Forthsyth Park where we would spend our evenings. The single car garage was a plus. Parking spots in the street was scarce on the weekend because of the park. Great stay and would rent again the next time in Savannah.

Location and home comforts!

We loved the location- a short block off of the Forsyth Park, and the house was perfect and exactly as described. Clean, cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Savannah had wonderful restaurants, historical monuments and buildings and friendly people!

Left bad taste in mouth

While the home was overall beautiful and the location was extremely close to Forsyth and not too far from the river walk, we rented this property because of the secure parking, which we were told we could park our specific vehicle in a private garage but it wouldn't fit so we had to move it several times due to street cleaning. That first lie just left a bad taste in our mouth. Set the tone for entire stay. The kitchen table wasnt cleaned and there was (short) hairs in the shower 🤢. Cleaning could have been WAY better. Also, the apartment downstairs had access to our rental the entire time we were there. Thank God noone rented it but its hard to sleep knowing a stranger can walk into your rental property at any moment. Customer service reached out to us and apologized but never come to lock the door. The master bathroom sink doesn't drain well and smoke detector beeped all night our last night there. This home is overall beautiful but definitely needs a good deep cleaning and several items touched up, like worn off cabinet fronts. I did appreciate the apology but after initially being lied to about the property and told to illegally park Infront of the garage, followed by "well just figure out where to park on the street" I definitely would not use this prooerty manager again.
