The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms designed for a restful night's sleep. Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire private condo throughout your stay.



Upon arrival, you'll enter through the secure entrance of the condominium building and take the elevator to your floor. From there, it's just a short interior walk to your private front door.



Once inside, you'll have the entire condo to yourself, including the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining spaces, two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There are no shared living spaces, allowing you to relax and enjoy the condo as your own home away from home. We do have one locked closet for owner storage.



The Neighborhood:

Experience Savannah from the center of it all. This condo is perfectly located on historic Broughton Street, where beautifully preserved architecture meets some of the city's favorite restaurants, local shops, galleries, and cafés. Wander through nearby historic squares, enjoy the waterfront along River Street, or spend an evening at the lively Plant Riverside District—all within an easy walk from your front door.



Getting Around:

One of the greatest perks of staying at The Blue Belle is being able to experience Savannah on foot. Step outside and you'll find yourself within minutes of the city's most beloved restaurants, boutique shopping, historic squares, museums, rooftop bars, River Street, City Market, and countless local favorites.



If you're arriving by car, metered street parking is available throughout downtown using the ParkSavannah app, allowing you to pay, receive reminders, and extend your parking time right from your phone. The City of Savannah also offers visitor parking passes for extended stays.



Looking for covered parking? We recommend the Robinson Parking Garage at 132 Montgomery Street, located just a short one-block walk from the condo with convenient daily and weekend rates.



Savannah is also incredibly easy to explore without a car. The free DOT Shuttle stops throughout the Historic District, including River Street, Broughton Street, City Market, and Forsyth Park. Ride shares, public transportation, and Savannah's iconic trolley tours are also wonderful options for discovering the city.



Other Things to Note:

***Please note that there may be more city noises that you may not be accustomed to. Fridays and Saturdays can get noisy at night due to our close proximity to Savannah's lively night life. We do provide a sound machine to help drown out noises you may not be used to stying in a city.
