Exceptional home!!!!

Our stay at this VRBO rental was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, full of charm and character, and in a quiet yet super convenient location. The beds were unbelievably comfortable... luxurious linens, bedding, and pillows made it feel like a high-end hotel. One of our favorite features was the private back patio. It was peaceful and gave us the perfect space to securely store our bikes, which was a huge bonus. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again!

Great house!

The townhouse was perfect! The location was nice, very walkable to most things. We only drove a few times. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is nice because we cooked some meals and didn't worry about not having cookware. It was also nice having a grill. Parking was free, which was awesome! The only thing to be aware of, is on Wednesday evenings you can't park on the side closest to the townhouse (you have to park on other side) because the street sweeper comes during the night. It was nice the neighbor lets us know so we didn't get fined. Our stay was great and we would definitely recommend the rental. Jason was easy to work with and very quick to respond!

Cute place!

Beautiful little place in a nice neighborhood. It is just around the corner from Forsyth Park. The home is well kept and very pretty. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, silverware and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes for the four of us. There is even a cute half bath downstairs. Adorable outside patio. We just didnā€™t use it this visit since it was hot out. Would love to come in the fall or winter and take advantage of the outside fireplace. My only two complaints are 1. The front bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house and Iā€™m a hot sleeper 2. There is a cool system throughout the house that plays music but we couldnā€™t get it to sync with our phones as stated in the book. It did play a nice chill jazz station that was great for sitting around and relaxing. Definitely a well kept gem of a place and highly recommend it for a trip to Savannah!

Booked this lovely property early for daughterā€™s graduation from SCAD. Gorgeous renovation of a historic home. Perfect for our adult group who loves to cook and enjoy the private courtyard between busy events!Jason was attentive when we needed one small thing fixed. Place is larger than it looks online and parking on the street was always available.

Beautiful historic townhouse in great location!

We spent four nights at the townhouse and would highly recommend it. The home is just as photographed and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within minutes of everything in Savannah. We had some trouble with the lock the first night,but Jason came right over to help us out. He is quick and responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The house was spotless and has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental.The beds are both very comfortable.

This townhouse is a gem in a beautiful area! The house is comfortable and stocked with everything you need - perfect for two couples. We especially appreciated the queen beds and private baths. Walking the neighborhood is a treat and very convenient to Forsyth Park. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

We (2 couples) had a truly lovely stay in this beautifully renovated townhouse. The layout was perfect for our use - 2 BR, 2 bath, along with the 1st floor kitchen and living spaces. Although it was a little warm to make full use of the outdoor patio, it was nice to spend the early/late part of the day there. Iā€™m sure sitting there with the burning fireplace would be wonderful during cooler months!The description and pictures are all on point and accurate. The location of the home is steps away from Forsyth Park and within walking distance to the historic downtown and riverfront. It was quiet and peaceful at night and parking was readily available. The townhouse is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean.Jason, the host, was very responsive and helpful - he was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

visit with family in April

Houston House was great for myself, my husband, and my sister-in-law visiting from Texas April 6th to the 11th! It is very clean, quiet, and the kitchen is so well stocked with everything that we needed. It is so close to Forsyth Park, that we were able to walk to all the beautiful squares of Savannah! Jason responded right away when I called him with a question about the heating and air. Houston House is a lovely place, everything is so well appointed in the home. We look forward to staying again at Houston House!

Perfect Location

Gorgeous townhouse located steps away to Forsyth Park and close to historic sites and restaurants. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, equipped with high end appliances and so comfortable for 4 adults. You can enjoy Savannah weather relaxing in patio area with gas fireplace too. Long Weekend Getaway

We came to Savannah for a mother daughter trip to see the Rascal Flatts concert. There were three of us. So close to Forsyth Park, this home couldnā€™t have been in a better location. We enjoyed morning walks at the park, brunch at Collinā€™s Corner, and the ease of walking to wherever we needed to go in town. Parking was easy and free in front of the house and the home was perfectly appointed. It was meticulously kept and truly beautiful. We had everything we needed and then some. The welcome book was a perfect guide to help us navigate this charming city. Anytime we come back to Savannah, we will 1000% book this home if itā€™s available. Thank you for the hospitality!
