Stretch out on a king bed refresh in a private en-suite bathroom and stay one flight above Sunday Sunday in the heart of Downtown Savannah’s Historic District. Broughton Street is steps away with City Market and River Street within an easy walk.



The Space:

Avery’s Room is a 260-square-foot boutique hotel room designed for two guests. The king bed premium linens blackout window treatments and sound machine are built around deep comfortable sleep. The room also includes fast Wi-Fi and app-based keyless entry.



Like every room at Keystone Avery’s Room is a private hotel room with a private en-suite bathroom. Guests can use the second-floor pantry for coffee water cold drinks and snacks. Sunday Sunday directly downstairs serves brunch through dinner and Keystone guests receive a signature cocktail between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.



Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Your phone serves as your key through the hotel’s app providing access to both the hotel entrance and your room. There is no traditional front desk or physical key collection.



The Keystone Hotel entrance is on West State Street separate from the Sunday Sunday entrance on Whitaker Street. An elevator serves both guest floors.



The Neighborhood:

Keystone Hotel places you in the heart of Downtown Savannah’s Historic District steps from Wright Square and Broughton Street. City Market and Ellis Square are about five minutes away on foot. River Street and the riverfront are about eight minutes away. Forsyth Park is a scenic 15- to 20-minute walk through the Historic District.



Getting Around:

Downtown Savannah is highly walkable and the free DOT shuttle is another convenient way to explore. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Keystone is an intimate 11-room boutique hotel. Every guest room has a private en-suite bathroom. There is no private hotel parking lot. Metered street parking is available nearby but fills quickly. The Whitaker Street Garage at 7 Whitaker Street is open 24 hours and is a short walk away.



Keystone is on one of Downtown Savannah’s liveliest streets so some city sound should be expected. Arrival is app-based rather than through a front desk.
