My only suggestions are to note in the listing that the interior staircase is very steep and may not be suitable for all guests. Also the upstairs does get warmer than downstairs so it would be great if the ceiling fans were operable. Currently they make a lot of noise when running. A floor fan in each room would be a great addition if the ceiling fans can’t be fixed. The host...

"Bed was very comfortable. The noise from the AC would turn on and off throughout the night, the hide a bed that our son slept on wasn’t sturdy and the couch wasn’t comfort for watching TV or even visiting. We kept busy outside of the house due to this. If we are in a pitch and this is available we would stay again. But not our favorite. "

"This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building.
