The property is new, completely renovated in 2024, and consists of:



- A spacious main bedroom with a double bed and the option to add a crib.

- A second bedroom with a single bed; the house is ideal for a family of four, but not for two couples, as there is only one double bed.

- The only bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a bidet.

- The kitchen is equipped with many utensils and appliances, except for a dishwasher and oven.

- The two private outdoor areas are very spacious and can be used all year round thanks to the mild climate.



The first use of the washing machine is free; after that, it is available for an extra fee. Please take out the trash when you check out.



The interiors are inspired by local art and craftsmanship. The details and wooden furniture were made by a local carpenter, while the lighting installations are the result of innovative artistic techniques.
