In the south-west of France, in the Occitanie region, ideally located in the heart of the Quercy Blanc, on the borders of the Tarn-et-Garonne and the Lot, the Souffle des Anges gîte (4-star Meublé de Tourisme awarded by the French Ministry of Tourism) and its wellness massage parlour welcome you for an enchanted interlude away from time.

Situated in the centre of the Montcuq - Lauzerte - Castelnau-Montratier triangle, this property of over one hectare faces due south. Its 1760 white stone walls have stood the test of time and retained their authenticity.
The dominant position offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the Golf des Roucous, the rolling countryside, the woods and fields, and the lake below where many birds nest and breed.
The landscapes change with the seasons, the light and the weather, creating marvellous pictures that are constantly renewed.
More than just an impression, it's an awareness of being 'Elsewhere', in the gentleness, peace and serenity of a privileged, unspoilt environment.

Le Logis is designed to accommodate two people in a warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated environment. The 55 m2 air-conditioned suite includes a bedroom-living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet, and is furnished with care and originality.
It's comfortable and cosy, giving you a feeling of well-being and tranquillity.
The covered terrace, which can be sunny or shady, offers uninterrupted views over the property, the golf course, the lake and the countryside.

The Grange, a 50 m² former cowshed located in the courtyard just opposite the dwelling, is air-conditioned and can be adapted for a variety of activities including relaxation, sport, leisure or receptions. It includes a lounge, TV and reading area and has direct access to the swimming pool.
Drapes, cushions and wood and steel furniture all add their own character to the white stone walls, creating a warm, authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Behind the barn, La Piscine invites you to swim and relax on its sunny terrace. Salt-treated and heated, the 10m x 5m pool with plunge pool is open from early May to late October, weather permitting. Swimming is not supervised.
There are views over the valleys, golf course and lake. The pool house has a shaded, covered terrace, a small lounge, a summer kitchen and a changing cabin.
The property faces due south. Its four terraces (living room, swimming pool, lean-to and panoramic) offer a variety of places to relax and unwind. The views let you lose yourself in the scenery and invite you to daydream.

The area around the lake is ideal for walks and wildlife watching. There is a picnic table in the shade of a hundred-year-old oak tree.

The clear skies of starry summer nights are ideal for observing the Milky Way, the planets and the galaxies.

For your rest, peace and comfort, mowing is discreet.

You have access to the entire property of more than one hectare: dwelling, barn, swimming pool, pool house, four terraces with different views, garage, outdoor parking.
