The first floor consists of an entrance hall leading to a bright living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, an anteroom with WC and a small reading corner. The central staircase leads to different wings of the castle. The left wing has a fitness room, bedrooms with picturesque views and a shower room. The right wing includes a laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace overlooking the forest. Outside there is a French style garden, several seating areas, a swimming pool with terrace, a pool house, entertainment areas such as a dart board, table tennis table and a vegetable garden. Important notes are the air conditioning of the left wing, the lack of a handrail on the spiral staircase and the need for supervision on the covered terrace with low railing due to its preserved architectural style. The castle is located in the Gard in Sauve.
