Vista Ridge Cabin, A Romantic Getaway in Helen, GA

What a true treasure youā€™ll find in Vista Ridge! Beautiful long range mountain views. Drive through the gate and youā€™ll enter the end of the road privacy. Private walking trails along adjoining property. Trail will provide great sights with some peace and quiet as well. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain view throughout the entire cabin through the large ceiling to floor windows. Inside is a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you could need. Prepare your favorite meals with all utensils provided. Some basic spices are provided as well. Fireplace is the focal point in the center of the room with a floor to ceiling stacked stone fireplace. This is a see-through fireplace to be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom. Large flat screen television offers DIRECTV as well as Roku so you can stream your favorite apps during your stay. Pool table provided for those quiet times that you decide to stay in and just enjoy your space. Bedroom has comfy king size bed, private bathroom with oversized shower, and soaking tub in bedroom. French doors open up from the bedroom to the screened in porch where youā€™ll find the hot but overlooking the mountain view. Outside hot tub area youā€™ll enjoy the open deck. Below is the patio area with Gas grill, fire pit and smoker. Generous open yard area for soaking up some sun and enjoying that gorgeous view.

Age minimum for the property is 25 years or older and adults only.

Dogs are allowed, but no other type of pets please. Pet fee and pet addendum required. Weight limit not to exceed 50 lbs (per pet) with 2 pet maximum, must be at least 1 year in age, and non-aggressive breed due to insurance restrictions.

Peaceful Mountain Retreat with Stunning Views

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfectly locatedā€”private yet just a short drive from Helen. The views from both the living room and the back porch were breathtaking. One day, we even spotted three deer wandering through the backyard with the mountains as a stunning backdropā€”truly a memorable moment.The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed, and communication with the management was seamless and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again!Just a couple of small notes for future guests: the road leading to the cabin is a bit steep in some areas and transitions to gravel near the topā€”nothing unmanageable, just something to be aware of. Also, while the cabin had the basics covered, it wouldā€™ve been convenient to have access to a washer and dryer, especially for a longer stay. We were there for five nights and found ourselves running a little short on towels and washcloths.Overall, this was a fantastic getaway spotā€”we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back!

Nice location. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful view. All wheel drive is recommended for road to cabin. Layout of cabin very nice. Basic amenities supplied. I bought fresheners because thought it was a little musty. 8 miles from Helen. Decor of cabin nicely done. We enjoyed our stay. Four deer visited us one morning.

wonderful romantic getaway!

We loved this cabin. We've stayed there once before and it's great. Perfect size and layout for two. Love the pool table and the gas fireplace. Plus the location is close to town, but not too close!

Beautiful Cabin

This was a beautiful cabin with great views. The property managers were wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our needs. My only caveat is to beware of extreme temperatures. The entire cabin is heated/cooled with a single wall unit. We were there in the winter, and the weather dropped to the teens, and the wall unit could not keep up. It got to the 40s overnight, and we had to leave the cabin and sleep elsewhere because it was so cold. The property managers brought us space heaters the next morning, which made a huge difference.Other than that, though, the cabin was gorgeous!

Little piece of heaven on earth.

My second stay at Vista Ridge. My first was in October. When the opportunity came to return to celebrate the birthday of someone special from Atlanta, I jumped at it. Love this quaint, peaceful cabin all tucked away to itself. I will return whenever I can.

The property is nicely kept, beautiful view out of the large windows on the backside of the cabin. Perfect for the two of us. Very private and peaceful. Very short drive to all Helen has to offer.

A great cabin at the end of a road, backed up against the woods - felt very private despite the neighbors. FanTAStic view of the mountain. Loved the open floor plan, it felt very roomy. Would be an exceptional romantic getaway.

Our Cabin Sweet Cabin Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this wonderful cabin! The cabin is so nicely appointed (many little extras in the kitchen such as common spices, utensils, gadgets, even a food processor) and the location is perfect to reach the major roads to Helen, waterfalls, and grocery stores. The view from the floor to ceiling windows is gorgeous and the property is so serene. Love that it's at the end of the road with no thru traffic.The grill on the deck is sweet! Perfect for our steak and burger nights! This cabin is now our future vacation getaway! We brought our 11lb Havanese and for a dog friendly cabin, it was so clean. Nice flat grass area for potty walks outside. She quite approved!

Amazing Weekend

The cabin was amazing- we loved staying there and are already making plans to go back, hopefully in the fall. Everything was better than expected! If youā€™re thinking about booking this property, you wonā€™t be disappointed!
