Welcome to Soaring Eagle, a spacious and beautifully appointed mountain home in Helen–Sautee Nacoochee, where the scenery is spectacular, the setting is peaceful, and there is something to enjoy in every season.



Set on 1½ private acres surrounded by fragrant trees and woods, this gorgeous retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. You're only 7 miles from Helen and just 4 miles from Unicoi State Park, putting waterfalls, hiking, swimming, canoeing, ziplining, wineries, and the charm of Helen within easy reach.



Back at the house, you may find it hard to leave.



Room to Gather — and Space to Escape

Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, solid wood walls, and beautiful mountain views create the warm, sophisticated feel of a true log cabin retreat. Natural light pours through the large windows on both floors, while panoramic views provide a spectacular backdrop from morning coffee through sunset.



The home features three equally sized luxury bedroom suites, making it especially appealing for couples traveling together. Two matching suites are upstairs and another is downstairs. Each bedroom features its own private balcony and en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub, shower and double vanities/sinks. One suite features a beautiful four-poster bed, and all three are thoughtfully decorated with themed bedding.



Need additional sleeping space? Two futons can accommodate up to four additional guests.



There's also a convenient half bath downstairs, plus a private full-size washer and dryer.

The dining room is designed to make an ordinary dinner feel like an occasion.



Inspired by a Tuscan wine cellar, this inviting space features an impressive eight-foot wood dining table with eight plush chairs plus four additional chairs, comfortably seating up to 12 guests.



It's the perfect setting for a family feast, couples' dinner, game night, or an evening spent sampling wines from the surrounding North Georgia vineyards.



The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner easy. You'll find modern stainless-steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island for food prep and appetizers, and a hanging wine-glass rack featuring souvenir wine glasses from area wineries.



A large shelving unit in the laundry room provides plenty of space for storing groceries, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.



Take the Fun Upstairs

When you're ready to relax or get a little competitive, head to the billiards room.



Challenge your group to a game on the custom-built billiards table, catch the game or your favorite show on the large Smart TV, or grab a drink from the beverage refrigerator stocked for beer, wine, and other refreshments.



Prefer a quieter afternoon? Curl up for a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV, enjoy the mountain views, or connect to the complimentary WiFi.



And for something truly special, the home even features a baby grand piano.



Soak Under the Stars

As evening arrives, step outside and make your way to the private hot tub overlooking the mountains.



Sink into the warm water, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and watch the stars come out. Bar stools beside the outdoor bar create a natural gathering spot, while festive holiday lights add an inviting glow.



In warmer weather, turn the temperature down and enjoy the hot tub as a refreshing wading pool.



The outdoor spaces are designed for lingering. French doors open fully onto the deck, where you'll find a large outdoor dining table and additional seating overlooking the gorgeous mountain views. Decorative area rugs add comfort and ambiance to the decks, while candle lanterns automatically illuminate at dusk for a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

When you're ready to explore, you'll have an incredible selection of North Georgia adventures nearby.



Unicoi State Park, just 4 miles away, offers hiking, swimming, canoeing, Unicoi Lake, and access to Anna Ruby Falls. For an easier waterfall hike, try the Dukes Creek Falls Trail.



Adventure seekers can hike near the beginning of the world-famous Appalachian Trail, zip through the canopy at Unicoi, or experience the park's Aerial Adventure, featuring 19 zip lines and seven suspension bridges, ranging from 75 to 2,000 feet in length and reaching heights of up to 100 feet.



You can also cool off by floating down the Chattahoochee River, explore area parks and waterfalls, or simply spend the day taking in North Georgia's natural beauty.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight of 40 lbs each.

The fireplace is ambient only. No fires may be lit in the fireplace, including wood or candles. Please enjoy the outdoor firepit instead.

The minimum renter age applies to all guests occupying the home, with the exception of multi-generational families.

The home includes complimentary WiFi and a private full-size washer and dryer.
