Swimming Under Par is a brand-new luxury golf retreat in Saugatuck, just 1.2 miles from downtown, set in a private enclave on a 6-acre lake.

Play a round on the private golf simulator or the putting green, then shoot pool and play arcade games in the sports bar. Unwind in the hot tub and sauna, gather around the indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, or cook in the outdoor kitchen and eat on the patio. A seasonal heated pool, a weight room, and complimentary kayaks and paddleboards for the private lake round it out.

The home has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and sleeps 12, with two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and multiple lounge spaces make it easy for families and friend groups to spend time together.

Downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach, Mount Baldhead and Saugatuck Dunes State Park are minutes away, and South Haven is an easy drive.

House rules: smoking is allowed outdoors only (never inside), no pets, and no events or parties. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. The golf simulator and weight room require a short safety waiver, which unlocks a separate garage code.
