Peaceful vacation location
Perfect location! Backyard is absolutely beautiful! Instacart delivers to this area so no need to leave for groceries. Mema’s diner is super close if you don’t want to cook . Perfect vacation !

Very comfortable. The Lafer recliner in the living room has made me want to get one. The plants and landscape are the perfect setting for a wonderful time outside. The way the older philodendrons fill in the landscape is one of my favorite parts. Gorgeous crape myrtles in the front. A pink amaryllis bloomed during our stay. This is the perfect place to stay when you want the family to be together but still have space. Best part for us is easy access to the boat and beautiful waterways.

Fishman’s Dream
We will definitely be back. It’s perfect for those who like to fish and for those who like to relax. Our day was spent in the creek fishing followed by home cooked meals then relaxing by outdoor fireplace. It was colder than usual for this time of year so the pool was chilly. Thank you for beautiful home.

The home is beautiful and spacious !There is a bunkhouse with plenty of room for extra guests. The fishing was great ! The outdoor space has a beautiful pool . We have already booked another trip here for next April.

Satsuma Sanctuary
This property was absolutely amazing to stay at. We stayed here for my wedding and was a perfect distance to the venue. There were many places for everyone to sleep and kitchen was good size to cook in. The backyard with pool, dock and seating area was a cherry on top. The rain stopped and sun came out for a little for us to get to enjoy the pool. Jackie was an amazing host and checked in on Friday morning to make sure we had everything we needed and check in was smooth. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to enjoy fishing and time with family.
The Creek/River House is always a wonderful experience for our family. We enjoy time in the pool and family meals together. The house has all the kitchen items you have at home. The Dunns Creek location let's you explore lots of the St John's River. They had a boat there to rent, but we had used George Boys because of a prearrangement. It you want to get away from work and everyday stresses this is the place to go. Very good experience!

The location of this house is perfect for exploring the river. The backyard Was beautiful and very welcoming. The pool was great and the house was very well maintained and comfortable. Will definitely be back!!!

Family Wedding
The property was beautiful, had an amazing back yard, a nice grill, pool was a bit smaller than what my mind had envisioned, had everything in working order. IfI had any questions I would text the owner and she would respond within five minutes. We were able to have a lot of family time unplugged with the games they had provided. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Best Experience Ever
This was our favorite VRBO rental ever. We were blown at the fabulous amenities - pool, grill, bunk house for family and especially the boat slip with lift. So glad we got to enjoy it for a week! Everything was clean & the house had so many things an average rental doesn't normally stock. Ample kitchen items, airfryer oven, etc.. nice big showers and comfybeds. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing while celebrating my birthday. Perfect place. Jackie was such an incredible host who was always available to communicate if questions arose! We will definitely be back to stay at Creek House again!

Great place to stay!
We decided to find somewhere we could take our boat as a family for fishing, as well as have a place with a nice outdoor hangout area. We had a great time staying here. The outdoor area is so versatile and spacious. The pool is a great size for kids. It is not super deep. We had 10 people and everyone had a bed and plenty of space. Contact with the owners was also simple. They let us check in early as well. We are already talking about booking again next summer and renting their pontoon boat!

Plenty of room with a wonderful back yard. Our family had a great time here. We have teenagers who had college and was back and forth this year, but it was still a great time and the host was very accommodating to us! Will be back!

Quiet Retreat
Everything you need for a fun vacation. Great fishing and boating. Wonderful landscaping, dock, decks, and pool. The house(s) had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, etc. Responsive and friendly host. Awesome property!

Get Away from the Hustle
The property was in the perfect location. We took some of our customers for a business get away. Everyone had a great time. We caught a lot of fish and relaxed by the pool. We plan to go back again! Everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay. Was a few issues with the grill owner was notified and has fixed issue. . House could have been cleaner. There was dust on furniture and kitchen floors needed a good mopping. The pool needed to be vacuumed out. Someone needs to check property before guest checks in. Beautiful home, excellent location and relaxing back yard. Owner was very kind and professional when talking with her.

Amazing Place
My family and I stayed here for the Easter weekend. We fished, jumped in the pool and enjoyed the campfires we had each evening. There were plenty of spots to hide eggs for the kids on Sunday.We will definitely be staying here again.Thanks for a great time😃

Overall okay
The kitchen floor had not been mopped before we got there. Blackened soles of our bare feet was the indicator. Otherwise everything else was good. Very quiet neighbor hood and very easy access to the lakes and river.

Beautiful home and property on the canal
We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s wedding with friends and family and this home was perfect! Any issues, which nothing serious, the owner responded right away and tried to resolve the problem quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.!!

Stay was good!
Our overall stay was pretty good. We were able to do an early check in and a late check out, which helped tremendously since my bridal party and I stayed there for the weekend. So thank you! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the check out procedures. We were required to strip ALL bed sheets in the main and guest house, put them in the laundry room, consolidate all trash outside, and unload the dishwasher if we used them. Which I thought was a bit much of work before checkout if we're paying $120 for a clean up fee.

Great for outdoor entertaining
This location was great for our family dinners outside. They have a gazebo, fireplace, firepit, pool, hammock. If your family likes to be together outside this is the place. Absolutely beautiful. The extra contract required did throw us for a loop but if you follow the rules and treat the home and neighbors with respect this is the perfect place.

Amazing backyard space!
We were here for a short stay and wished it had been longer! The house and bunkhouse were both very comfortable and the backyard was amazing! Convenient Creek House
This is a great property for a family retreat, or just for a couple. We had a fantastic time. The grill needs its grease trap cleaned, and the canal is pretty shallow at low tide. The house was super clean and the pool was very relaxing. All accomodations were above average and communication with the host was prompt and courteous.

Quiet getaway
Easy check in to the house. Enough room for our family of four in the main house. Master bedroom had a king which was very comfortable. Not sure where they bought it, but didn’t feel like the cheap mattress set you would get at Costco. Spacious kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. Didn’t use the outdoor living area because of the heat but it looks like it would be perfect for a nice evening by the fire in the cooler months.

Something for everyone!
This property really was perfect for us! The bunk house was great for my SIL and her family/kids & the main house had more than enough room for my family & inlaws. Its hard to find a place that has a pool for kids, on the water with boat storage for husband & level ground for my MIL who is disabled and unable to take many steps up/down. She was able to ride her power chair all around the property. The pontoon rental was great also! The convenience of the GA boys camp next canal over where you can get gas makes it even better. The house was very clean, especially considering its mid vacation season and getting a good deep clean in is not as easy as when its the slow season. It also felt very private. The last house we stayed at in palatka we felt like we were imposing on neighbors and they were watching our every move. Also, this house does not feel like a flipped home like the last one we stayed at. Its remodeled beautifully. The AC is also great and did not feel like it was struggling. We actually got cold a few times. My only wish was there was an actual table for dining together as a family. Not the end of the world though. We had a great time and made some fun memories!

Quiet retreat with resort style charm
Renting this home was easy from start to finish. I had 3 adults and two teens and there was so much room to spend time with each other as well as spaces for all activities. It is a bit in the country but if you want a quiet relaxing vacation you have come to the perfect place. There are picnic tables a bunk house an outdoor grill area an outdoor fireplace pontoon dock an upper deck area and a great swimming pool. Close to nature and all the comforts of luxury.

Honestly, the pictures do not do this property any justice, it is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque. It was impressed by how clean the property was, as well at the attention to details. You can tell, a lot of love was put into this property. What fantastic host. I will be back! I’ve shared the listing with all my friends and family, I’m just hoping it will still be available whenever I want to go back! This is my new happy place.
