The Space:

Seacliff Serenity is a one-bedroom oceanfront condo on Satellite Beach that trades ordinary coastal stays for something far more memorable: the rare combination of beachfront calm and front-row access to one of Florida's most spectacular natural and man-made shows.



Living space

The open-concept living area is bright and easy, with large picture windows that pull the ocean into the room. Plush leather recliners face the view, and a smart TV keeps things comfortable on quieter evenings. Whether you're streaming, reading, or simply watching the water change colour through the afternoon, the space invites you to slow down. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi mean remote work is entirely doable without sacrificing the setting.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is built around a king-size bed dressed in crisp linens, with a ceiling fan overhead and elegant décor throughout. It's a genuinely restful space - quiet enough to sleep deeply, and oriented to let you ease into the morning at your own pace.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker - along with coffee, cooking basics, and everything you need to put a proper meal together. Ocean-view dining means even a simple breakfast feels like an occasion.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, walk-in glass shower, illuminated vanity, and a spacious countertop, plus hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products on hand.



Balcony & beach access

The private balcony is the heart of this condo. Sunrises, sunsets, and - when the launch calendar aligns - rockets lifting off from nearby Cape Canaveral are all yours from here. Direct beach access sits just below, and the unit comes stocked with beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkelling gear so you're ready the moment you arrive.

Satellite Beach sits on a quiet residential stretch of Florida's Space Coast, walkable to the shoreline and minutes from Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and Kennedy Space Center. Guest Access:

We provide a physical key for entry into the main lobby. Keyless entry with digital door locks is provided for entry into the unit.

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
