This ground-floor unit is designed for ultimate relaxation, with a private patio just steps from a large heated pool and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Whether you're watching the kids splash in the pool or sipping coffee as the sun rises over the water, every moment here is pure bliss.

Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home paired with thoughtful vacation amenities. The master bedroom features a king bed, large plasma TV, and stunning views of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom offers a double/full bed and twin bed. An air mattress is also provided in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a cooler, so you can hit the sand hassle-free. Free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected if needed, but we promise you'll want to spend most of your time outdoors!

There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
