Breathtaking Views from this 5th floor Ocean Front Condo

Fantastic Ocean front views from this nicely equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Master has a king bed, full ensuite bath, Ocean view withHUGE walk in closet. Guest room has a queen / with remote elevating head and ocean view. There is NO POOL at this time but will begin breaking ground 9/8/2025. fully stocked kitchen equipped with all appliances. Location is easy and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, 7-11 across the street. It is a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral where you can watch the big cruise ships come and go or a little further to watch the rockets soar from NASA/Kennedy space center.
This Corner unit allows for ocean views from kitchen, both bedrooms, living room and dining room. Balcony without screens .Pack n play also available for infants. bring your own sheets for this. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. There is one designated parking spot under front canopy for you, #32. Small dogs are allowed, under 35 lbs with 25.00 per day pet fee. Pets must be free of fleas and on leashes when not in unit. please pick up after your pet and please keep off furniture. There is Easy self-access with lock box to main door located in south garage and keypad code to unit which will be provided at time of check in. Loss of key cost is 25.00 from the HOA. any pet violations will be charged 100.00 hoa has strict policy!

Note: IMPORTANT: UPDATE FROM HURRICANE NICOLE:

On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit hard by Hurricane Nicole. The seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result, the entire back portion of our building grounds had to close and has to be rebuilt. There is still no pool, but bids are being gathered, and designs are in the works. There is now new beach stairs, and beach access from the building. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this!
There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May. (Hallway ceilings are completed!) all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience. I will update as progress is made. 8/26/2025 commencent of pool will begin 9/8/2025 with undetermined completion date.

The host was very welcoming. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The masterbedroom was private and the bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again.

We found this location and it was close to family and our grandson's baseball tournament so we just needed a bed and shower. We did enjoy the balcony view and will definitely look into staying here as a vacation getaway. The condo was clean and decorated very beachy. Comfortable king size bed and loved being able to hear the ocean all night.

This condo was beautiful. Very clean she had everything in there that you need for your stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. The beds are super comfortable. The sheets are amazing. The condo had a very comfortable beachy vibe. We had such an awesome time hopefully to return someday. Thank you to the host. We were very very happy.

Disappointed

For several years, we have rented an oceanfront condo for a month through VRBO and have always been more than satisfied. We entered into contract with this owner and VRBO in good faith after looking at the photos and description of the property. We were told the pool was being renovated, but, "It is a corner unit with beautiful views from every room." None of this was true. The pictures on the listing were from 2020 on Zillow before the current owner even purchased it.The owner never disclosed to us before our arrival (1)The hallway ceiling was missing with exposed mechanical s. (2)The furniture was not as pictured and had been replaced with old, used, torn furniture. (3)The view from every window and balcony was blight. Weathered wood, boarded up windows, weeds, and piles of debris. Our two sons and their family's and a friend ALL booked their vacations around our rental. We could not leave. There were no other rentals rentals at the last minute. We already paid 8000 for the month. The owner told VRBO she couldn't afford to change the pictures on the listing.Six days later, she changed them. She refused to negotiate a partial refund and refused to accept responsibility for the misleading pictures and description. She even blamed US for having to change them.We tried over and over to negotiate with her and VRBO. She told us to get out several times, while acknowledging there were no rentals available and knowing our family and friend were coming.We filed a dispute.

Lets start with checking in, I had to call to get the information. Once there the code wasnt in the system. The day of departure the host sends a message 3 hours before check out time that stated "when are you checking out I would like to plan my day" this host is not personal at all. The only good thing about the unit was the view but that doesnt make up for the way myself and family were treated during the stay. Bathrooms are outdated, couch has wear and tear (holes) no screens in the windows the blinds were broken. I can go on. I will never stay with thie host again. I have stayed in this same building 5 different times and this is by far the worse stay. It is honestly the most horrible stay I have had on Vrbo.

We were only upset about the pool situation

We were only upset about not having a pool at condo . The pics and description we read showes a pool and becah access . But neither were available at that hotel . I just feel like the advertisement was deceitful . Only because we have a 7 year old so pool and easy shorter walks are rough . So thats why we booked that place

Morning sunrises we’re breathtaking and property is close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The property is under construction but we were aware of that in advance and the price definitely reflected it. Comfortable sleeping and great location. My only complaint is parking but that is only due to the construction. We were always able to find a spot. Great hosts

Our Experience

The property was immaculate, nicely decorated and conveniently located near local family, however the property was undergoing massive renovation the entire length of our month’s stay and we were not told of this prior to our arrival, not when we booked the rental! In addition we did not have the use of an insight laundry and had to leave the property to launder our clothes. There was limited elevator service as well.

South Patrick Trip

The property was as described in the ad, we liked the way the inside was laid out. The property needs to improve their Laundry Facilities. The construction was somewhat of a nuisance, but no big problem. The Hosts, Allen & Deanne were very prompt and courteous when handling our issues.

Love beach view

This property is older looking but very nice and they are remodeling outside. The inside of condo is beautiful again it could use updating, but very nicely decorated. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. You can hear the ocean from bedrooms even without opeing the window. Which is really nice. The beach is amazing. Loved to watch the ocean from the balcony. The owners are very quick with any questions and very attentive with anything you need. Will stay here again. Close to lots of places to see. Very nice location and reasonable in price too.

Soothing Amazingly Beautiful View
