Please be aware that our building is undergoing a concrete restoration project. While the work should not significantly impact your stay in the unit, you may see construction equipment on-site and hear construction noise during weekday daylight hours. In light of this, the nightly rate for the unit has been discounted.



Please note that the following conditions will be in effect during this time:



(1) The pool will be closed until construction is completed.

(2) The hallway leading to the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will be closed until the remodel is completed.

Nestled in the heart of Satellite Beach, our condo places you in an iconic coastal neighborhood known for its pristine beaches and tranquil atmosphere. While the direct beach access is closed due to hurricane damage, the beauty of Seagull Park is just a short stroll away. Nearby attractions include Patrick AFB, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa, and Melbourne Beaches. For theme park enthusiasts, Disney, Epcot, and Universal Studios are just an hour away!



Getting Around:

Navigating Satellite Beach is a breeze. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, offering a relaxed coastal vibe.

✦ Bicycles: Revel in the scenic beauty with bike-friendly paths.

Other Things to Note:

▶︎ RENOVATIONS & BUILDING UPDATES ◀︎

Be aware that our building is undergoing a concrete restoration project which will take place throughout 2023:

• Guests may experience occasional construction noise and dust, restricted to weekday daytime hours.

• Balcony access might be temporarily unavailable at certain times.



For safety reasons:

• The back area of the building is off-limits at all times.

• The only exception is in the case of a fire, where guests should use the walkway to the North Gate.

• Please refrain from using the back stairwell unless there is an emergency.



Other important notes:

• There may be moments when you need to turn your AC off and then back on due to recent electrical updates.

• Both garages are currently closed. With limited parking due to renovation efforts, guests may need to briefly unload at the front and park across the street.



✦ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE ✦

• Check-in begins at 4 pm, with check-out by 11 am.

• Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, kindly reach out.

• Unapproved late check-outs incur a $100/hour fee post 11 am.



✦ AMENITIES ✦

• At check-in, you'll be welcomed with towels, linens, and essential toiletries.

• We don't replenish during your stay, so please plan accordingly.



✦ HOUSEKEEPING ✦

• The property offers privacy, daily maid services aren't provided.

• The cleaning fee is solely for post-departure cleaning.



✦ PEACE & RESPECT ✦

• Pets are not allowed.

• No Parties: We're nestled in a serene neighborhood. Parties and loud disruptions are strictly forbidden. Let's keep the harmony.

• No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside. Violation incurs a $350 fee and deposit forfeiture.

• Trash: Please dispose of all waste.



✦ OTHER CONSIDERATIONS ✦

• Drugs, including cigarettes and vapes, are prohibited. Violations result in a $350 cleaning fee and deposit loss.

• Weapons are only permitted for local law enforcement officers.

• We really appreciate it if you rinse or wash dishes after use.

• Keep remotes and other portable technology clean; wash hands before use.
