The penthouse apartment Sophie at Villa Friede-Marie has a size of 112 m² and can accommodate 4 people. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a spacious living room. The cozy sitting area and a fireplace invite you to relax. The dining area and integrated kitchen, which also meets the high demands, such as the entire device and location of the apartment, leave nothing to be desired. In the larger bathroom has whirlpool, shower, 2 washbasins, bidet and toilet, the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a sauna and washer and dryer in the apartment. From the living room leads to the spacious balcony on which high-quality solar and seating are. The free, splendid Baltic Sea, the view of the city harbor and the Bay of Binz complete the luxurious offer. A parking space and a storage for your bicycle or the like is available outside the house. The Villa Friede-Marie is located in a prominent location, centrally and quietly located above the Sassnitz city harbor. In the neighborhood there are restaurants, shops and a swimming pool. In just a few minutes you reach the historic old town, the city harbor, the chalk coast and the unique stone beach of Sassnitz. In the villa there are several holiday apartments. An elevator is at your disposal. Sassnitz is a state-approved resort and thus Kurabgabepflichtig. 

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
