The cozy living room welcomes you with beautiful wallpaper in warm colors. A comfortable sofa and a lovely armchair are ready for relaxation, and a modern flat-screen TV with TV and radio reception is provided.

The separate kitchen offers a comfortable dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.

In the bedroom, decorated in trendy sage green, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you for restful nights. A wardrobe and a blackout Roman blind complete the furnishings.

Both the bedroom and the living room overlook the quiet courtyard.

The modern, bright bathroom with sand-colored tiles features a glass-enclosed shower, towel warmer, toilet, hairdryer, and a window.

This lovely vacation apartment is located on the first floor.

Parking directly at the building is included in the price. A lockable, ground-level bicycle storage room is available for guests' bicycles.
