This spacious, south-facing apartment includes a bathroom with step-free access, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The entrance from the garden leads into a generous living area featuring two sofas that convert into four single beds. This open-plan space also includes two fully equipped kitchen areas, each with a gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, moka and filter coffee machines, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. A cozy fireplace and a large dining table that seats up to 10 guests complete the room.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with showers for added privacy and convenience.

Outside, the private garden, shaded by chestnut trees and overlooking the swimming pool, offers two beautifully arranged lounge areas. Each space features a gazebo with curtains, a travertine dining table, wrought iron chairs, cushioned seating, as well as access to two barbecues and two outdoor showers.

The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and equipped with central heating. Ample parking is available within the villa’s grounds.
