Equipment: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, TV.

The outside:
- A closed outdoor area with terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue
- Parking outside the house
