Cocoonr offers you Côté Mer, a 125m² family home with magnificent 360° sea views and private access to the beach. You'll also appreciate the proximity of the beach at the end of a large 2500m² enclosed garden.

The accommodation comprises

- A 40 m² living room with TV, wifi, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit with oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products, etc.
- Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200), one bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Your bed is made up on arrival and towels are provided.
- Two bathrooms with shower and individual washbasin
- 3 WCS

Outside :

- A beautiful 2500 m² enclosed garden with private access to the beach + south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located at Le Roaliguen in the commune of Sarzeau, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. The town of Sarzeau is a ten-minute drive away.
