Come and discover this charming house located in Sarzeau, just 500 m from Roaliguen beach. You will appreciate its landscaped garden with its swing seat and barbecue, ideal for enjoying fine weather, as well as its heated communal swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September).



Perfect for a stay with friends or family, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofas and television, ideal for relaxing moments with the family whilst watching a film. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and well equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Senseo are also at your disposal. You can have your meals indoors, or take advantage of the table set up outside.



On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: has a king size bed (180/200)

Bedroom 3: has two bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers



A bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



You will be able to park your vehicle in the residential car park which has a designated space.
