Ideally located, close to shops and 700 m from the historic center, for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the Périgord.<br>The accommodation<br>Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on a wooded plot of 1000 m², with shared swimming pool, this modern house offers you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful and friendly stay.<br><br>Living space<br>You will enjoy a large bright living space, combining a welcoming living room, a warm dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen with central island. An adjoining pantry is also at your disposal to store your personal belongings or provisions.<br><br>Rooms<br>The house has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with storage:<br><br>The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed.<br><br>The second is furnished with a 160 cm double bed.<br><br>The bedding is of excellent quality.<br><br>Powder room<br>A modern bathroom with a large shower guarantees you a functional and pleasant space.<br>The toilet is separate.<br><br>Outdoors<br>Two terraces, fitted out according to the day's sunshine, will allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors:<br><br>One is equipped with a dining table, perfect for alfresco dining, and an electric plancha.<br><br>The other offers garden furniture for your moments of relaxation.<br><br>Shared pool:<br>At the owners of the neighboring house, the swimming pool is available to travelers from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, please respect these times for the peace of all! Everything has been thought out to make your stay as pleasant as possible.<br>Traveler access<br>Arrival is complete self-guided thanks to our secure key box. Once in the cul-de-sac, the house is the first new construction on the left. Access is via the large gate, offering travellers a private entrance on the same level.<br>Other remarks<br>Pool access:<br>The swimming pool is 30 meters away and is fully secured by a fence: take the tarmac path that is located in front of the entrance of the house (you will see an orange dinosaur statue, turn left and go up a few meters, go through the gate (it remains open), you will find the swimming pool accessible from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.<br>Please make sure to close the gate systematically.<br>Children remain your sole responsibility.<br><br>Please note: the land is not fully fenced. The path leading to the house can be used occasionally by a neighbour, but this does not cause any inconvenience.<br><br>In addition, a traveller told us that access to the downtown on foot can be a little less convenient, as there is no dedicated pedestrian lane on part of the route. It is therefore recommended to remain vigilant, especially if you are accompanied by young children.<br><br>Christmas decorations are not included in your booking.<br>If you wish to benefit from it, with a real tree or an artificial tree, do not hesitate to ask us via the Airbnb messaging service.<br>This service is offered as a paid option.
