"Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service. "A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan.
