"House is great! Owner and house keeper were lovely and very good with communication. Views were spectacular. Great spot for a base camp.
Couple things didn't fully work 100% (couple burners were hard to light and the oven needed cleaning before it could be used- we chose not to use it).
Not very walkable to much and not on the water - definitely need a vehicle. "

"Balcony with ocean view. The property is beautiful, excellent. Everything was perfect, I love it ! I will recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in Fajardo PR. The boats are next to the property, so we had a blast going to Icacos Island. We love it o come back."

"Air-conditioned was good kitchen very basic didn't offer coffee or anything
But its ok the biggest problem is the bad the mattress is old and saggy impossible to sleep no sleep all night "

"The view is why you will book this property and it's what you will remember! Other bonuses include a really well-stocked kitchen, plenty of outlets for charging, great water pressure and a property manager that is 100% responsive and a joy to work with. The mattress was harder than I preferred, but the hammock was a very comfortable alternative. When walking our dog late at night some of the neighborhood houses or stray dogs made us a little nervous, but we didn't have any issues. Be prepared...

HORRIBLE AND FURTHER ON THAT THESE PROPERTIES ARE SHARED WITH VERBO AND THEN HORRIBLE TO DETERMINE WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR MISTAKES. FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS TO ME ON AN OTHERWISE EXCELLENT PAST EXPERIENCE WITH EXPEDIA. "
