Welcome to this cozy loft surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, located in Barrio Los Canales, just minutes from downtown Playas del Coco. Enjoy a comfortable and functional space in a peaceful, natural setting, perfect for relaxing and experiencing the tropical beauty of Guanacaste.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom, while the second level features a cozy loft-style bedroom, creating an open and inviting space.


We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

Guests will have access to the complex’s shared common areas, including the swimming pool, fire pit area, shared BBQ area, outdoor seating areas, and a deck for yoga or other activities.

On the first level, the loft features a small sitting area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom, providing a comfortable and functional space for your stay.

On the second level, you’ll find the loft-style bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, TV, half bathroom, and dedicated workspace. From this level, you’ll also have access to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the tropical surroundings, and taking in the sunsets.

The loft is located within a gated complex featuring several outdoor spaces designed for guests to relax and enjoy. Amenities include a swimming pool, covered rancho, BBQ area, fire pit, pergolas and seating areas, outdoor showers and restroom facilities, as well as parking.

One of the complex’s most special features is its spacious yoga deck, perfect for practicing yoga, exercising, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by tropical greenery.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
