Welcome to our unique resort in Coco, unlike any other vacation property you've experienced. Our Villas offer a sense of privacy and luxury that will elevate your vacation to new heights. With spacious rooms boasting 3.5m/10 feet high ceilings, 3 cozy bedrooms featuring king size beds, and adjoining full bathrooms and balconies, you'll truly feel like you're in paradise.

Indulge in the roominess of our accommodations, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, as well as premium international TV for your entertainment. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and fans, allowing you to control your desired climate and ensure your comfort.

As part of your stay, you'll have access to free private laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, at the Villa. Additionally, enjoy high-speed 100mbs fiber internet throughout the property.

Additional Fees
Electricity is charged individually on your consumption (mainly AC). Every unit comes with a hydrometer to measure the exact kilowatt hours with 0.25 USD per hour (credit card / cash).

Additional Guests
If you wish to accomodate more than 6 guests we can provide additional high end queen-sized air mattresses.

Our resort is situated on a beautifully secure and landscaped 2-acre property, featuring onsite living personell and lush green spaces at four large gardens: Jardin Priñcipal, Jardin Tranquilo, Jardin de Rocas, and Paradiso de vegetales. These gardens are illuminated at night, providing a serene atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your favorite drink.

With an elaborate teak wood hand railing throughout the property, all guests have access to every corner of this fully gated 2-acre paradise. The heart of our resort is the magnificent 200m² pool, glistening in the sunlight and surrounded by sun loungers and tropical birds. Each day, you can choose a different garden to enjoy, marvel at colorful sunsets, and unwind in the pool under the night sky. You can also gather with friends or family members at the Rancho, where you can make your favorite BBQ or pizza using herbs from our garden, all while enjoying a sea view and outdoor seating area.
