"Villa Shore is everything we had hoped for our stay and more. This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Ample space to hang out inside and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we loved sinking into the giant couch in the living room after a long day in the pool or out in excursions. The pool was perfect! "It’s was amazing !!! The 3 separate buildings, a private pool, cabana , outdoor Showers & soaker tub ….it was simply the best place we’ve ever stayed !! "Due to another guest's need for no stairs, we were upgraded to a larger unit upstairs in the front. A wonderful large covered deck with hammocks was nice but it was pretty noisy, being a few feet from the main road. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were landscaped and attractive. There was a grocery store a few doors away."

"Cabana was as mentioned. Located behind larger cabin so it was hard for us to find in the dark. But once we found it the location is great. I do hope that the clubs on either side dont play music as loud every weekend. We did expect it this time because of Settlement Day."

"We had a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset and the water was perfect. The kitchen was stocked well. The showers were nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was like being at home. We also had a reflection of the moon on the water. All from the window view. Oh and the stars are bright and brilliant. You can see many cancellations in the back at night. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! We felt it was super cozy and location was great as we had a golf cart. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and falling asleep to the waves of the sea was pure magic. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the sea. It was truly the perfect stay. You absolutely need a car or golf cart. We rented a golf cart and was super easy to put put around. The hotel district is very close, and the village where all the good food is also not too far....

"This was our second time staying at this great property. As before, it never let us down. The house is amazing, the kitchen is of great design and wonderful for serving meals. We made stewed chicken, the national dish of Belize and everyone loved it. The pier is fantastic to hang out on and swim from and then there is the pool area for a relaxing time. It is close to Bocawina where we hiked through the rain forest one day and zip lined another. It is also close to Sub Umbra Floreo...
