The house is equipped with everything you need such as; modern comfortable furniture, entertaining areas for up to 9 people (both indoor and out).

Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids or friends, with a bunk bed and a king single trundle.

Bedroom 3: A cozy queen bed for restful nights.

With three bathrooms in total, there's ample convenience for larger groups.

The modern, spacious new kitchen is fully equipped with Induction cooktop, dishwasher & plenty of supplies for preparing meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

The open-plan design creates a bright and airy atmosphere, while the expansive living areas seamlessly flow out to the balcony, where you can soak in the magnificent water views.

You will be granted access to the entire House, with the exception of the garage, locked wardrobes in the bedrooms and Kitchen. There is space for 4 cars on the property and ample parking for boats or extra cars at the front of the property.
