Another wonderful vacation

We love this home. Gabe is always available to help with anything and our stay is like a second home for us. Pool is beautiful and kept at just the right temperature. We can walk to stores and we’re close to the preserves for more walking. New lanai furniture great for lounging or napping. Overall great experience and we’ll be back next year.

Wonderful Home and Great Hosts

The house was great. Perfect location and the pool was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice touches like a welcome basket and plenty of coffee supplies. Tons of beach gear as well as bicycles available. The hosts were awesome and they even allowed us to park in the garage. We would definitely stay again.

Blue Skies and Sunny Days

Host was excellent to work with. Promptly assisted us when we had questions. Home was super clean, cozy and very well furnished! King beds, super comfortable. Brand new gas grill, dishwasher, beautiful heated pool, coffee provided, beach chairs and gear, bikes etc… Stay far exceeded our expectations!

Relaxing spot in Bradenton

This property has everything we need for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The owner is always available and since we do a lot of eating-in, the large well stocked kitchen is perfect for us. Gorgeous pool is always the right temperature. Awesome property.

Perfect

And perfect sums it up. Lovely home with all necessities and a welcome basket. Pool and grounds well maintained. The house is super comfortable and quickly felt like home. The neighborhood is attractive and central to everything - 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to the beaches and about 25 minutes to Sarasota. January can be iffy weather wise but we lucked out and had good pool/beach weather. Gabe is a great host and we really expect to see him next year when we rent Casamia again.

Great Property

Gabe was very attentive to our needs, and addressed the malfunctioning overhead fan immediately with the prompt delivery of a pedestal fan. Still, I wish I could have given 4.5 stars since the control panel on the fridge had been broken for some time so we couldn't adjust the temps or ice settings. One bike was out of commission and the garage had a very strong smell of gasoline. None of the issues were a deal breaker and we had great time.

Dual Birthday Vacation!🥳🎂

The home was well setup with great layout! Love the pool with outside living space and outdoor shower. We cooked all our family meals there and the grill was a plus! Super close to everything, loved the commute to the beach and downtown for local coffee. Would definitely stay here for another family vacation! Thanks again! The Eckelbargers

Super Haus Klasse Lage

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind!!! Es war sehr viel Platz für alle. Der Pool ein Traum und riesengroß. Wir haben es genossen dort zu wohnen!! Am liebsten wären wir da geblieben, die 4 Wochen waren viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen wieder. Gruß Ellen und Fred Gabe war ein sehr guter Gastgeber Können ihn nur weiter empfehlen. Beautiful, spacious home with sparkling pool.

This home is a wonderful place to share with family. The pool is gorgeous and always swimmable, the kitchen allows for lots of cooking and the owner provides two propane tanks for the grill. We had an awesome vacation and can’t wait to return next year for an extra two weeks. Gabe is a wonderful owner who was very attentive to our needs. This is the best place we have ever stayed. ❤️❤️

Great house and location

We were extremely impressed with this home! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was remodeled very well. Looks just like the pictures! It was so nice to have everything for the beach as well. We enjoyed riding the bikes from the house through the neighborhood to a nice nearby park and then coming back to cool down in the pool. Very relaxing vacation for us and our kids.

Amazing stay at Casamia

Casamia was just what the doctor ordered! A beautiful oasis centrally located with many amenities and quick drive to beautiful AnnaMaria island and Longboat key! The pool was amazing to dip in especially after a day in the beach. The house was immaculate and Gabe and Liliana made us feel right at home.. they have it all! It was our first time traveling with our son who is 1 1/2 years old and they had a playpen, high chair and even sent us a gift! What more can you ask for.. If you are looking for a great place to get away this is it! Thank you again! Can’t wait to visit again

Above average

Communication with Gabe & Liliana was superior. A lot of effort went into redoing this home & it shows. Getting to the & from the island can be time consuming, but Anna Maria Island has beautiful, clean beaches, clear water & Bradenton Beach has lots of free parking. Very nice pool area at the house & comfortable beds. Also, a large washer & dryer & plenty of hot water. We totally enjoyed our 5 weeks here from Jan 23 to Feb 27. Thanks Gabe & Liliana!

Five Star

We have stayed in dozens of rentals and this is by far our favorite. Huge pool, comfortable beds, tvs galore, outside entertainment area, and absolutely amazing hosts. Gabe was super responsive and there were little touches throughout the house that made us feel like welcomed guests. Definitely plan to return!

Just Right!

A super quiet and comfortable house with a perfect layout of privacy and common living area. The master bedroom (which has private access to the backyard!) is on one side and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. An open kitchen with a large island - great for eating/gathering along with an intimate sitting area to sip coffee/tea overlooking the pool. The backyard has it all - covered lanai connected to a screened in pool (no bugs!) garden/grass area and any type of seating you desire. Recently upgraded, relaxed beach glam style, house with all the right details!

CASAMIA a house that makes you feel as if you were really in your own home, very cozy, the cleaning is excellent, it was very comfortable because the shops were very close to us, the beach also Casamia has all the services that for a day full of adventures in florida you can get to relax in the pool the water kept it very rich warm being at home was fun
