Steps away from a relaxing time at Lido Beach! Unit 7

Playa Lido Unit #7 is a 1bedroom with Queen size bed, sleep-sofa in the living room, full kitchen, WIFI and TV. Laundry on site.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.
Check_ In instructions:
a lockbox code will be provide by text message prior your arrival.

The condo was the perfect retreat for a long weekend of Spring baseball! Clean, comfortable., and close to the beach and restaurants—this place checked every box! We can’t wait to come back!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property in 3 years, and we still love it. The owner is very cool and responsive, and the property itself is clean and simple. It's maybe a 2-minute walk to the beach (Lido Beach is quiet and beautiful!) in a quiet neighborhood and street, and St Armand's Circle is a 10 minute walk away with 200 businesses, bars and good restaurants. We don't even get a rental car when we stay here, we just uber everywhere- it's cheaper and way easier to deal with. Sarasota, Longboat Key and Siesta Key are all 10-20 minute Uber ride away with tons of restaurants and things to do. Book this place with confidence!

Walls were dirty and need painting. Kitchen sink so tiny that it is difficult to do the dishes. No dishwasher nor oven. Furniture is old but the bed was comfortable. Photos look better than the reality. However, the localization was great near the lido beach and St-Armand’s Circle. Not sure I would come back again at the same price.

Playalido was a very comfortable apartment in a great location literally just a few minutes walk down a delightful boardwalk to the Lido pool and beach and only a 5 minute drive from St. Armands Circle with its lively shops and restaurants ( Be sure to try Venezia!).It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony looking out at the beautiful waving palm trees. In the back of the Units is a covered gazebo with grills which we didn't have chance to use but were always available. We found the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of closet and drawer space.Kitchen appliances are modern and the kitchen is well equipped. The living area is spacious with a large flat screen TV and a small table for dining. Beach chairs are a bonus. The owners, Eloenora and Rafael, are a delight. Warm, sunny, easy to contact, quick to come and answer questions. They added immeasurably to the enjoyment of our stay. And we would happily stay here again.

The unit was ready when our flight landed which made it super easy with our kids! Location was amazing with a short drive from the airport and just across the road from the beach. The property managers communication was AMAZING and very helpful!

Cozy apartment perfect for my husband and I. Close to the beach and kayaking. Walked to dinner at Armands Circle every night. Loved the balcony up in the palm trees. Bed was comfortable and neighborhood was safe and quite. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This our second time staying at a Playa Lido property and our last place was just feet away from this one. We have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The condo was small but we did not spend much time in it so that was OK. We didn't realize there was not an oven until we tried to cook some frozen pizzas we bought oops! That was totally our over sight but something to keep in mind. Comfortable beds and onsite laundry to keep sandy cloths out of our suitcases. The location is great just minutes walk from St. Armands for dining and shopping and even shorter walk to the beach. We loved opening the huge patio doors during storms and enjoying the view and breeze from the couch with our kiddos. Short drive to great attractions like aquarium, zoo, circus museum and much more. This will continue to be a destination we return to year after year! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay and had everything available we needed for that time period. Location is excellent and parking was easy. So much nearby to enjoy for a laidback vacation. Only suggestions would be to fix shower, so it does not leak onto floor under door, update to fresh towels, and there were only 3 spoons. None of these things are a big deal, but just some suggestions. Would have no hesitation booking this place again.

Great condo location! An easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 15 minute walk to busy Armand Circle full of shopping and restaurants. We felt safe amidst the busy area. Comfortable mattress. These are reasons to return. Kitchen sink was very small. Bathroom towels and closet hangers could use updating. Our host did respond quickly to our text regarding the non-working lock on large sliding patio door. With just a few simple tweaks, this place has great potential to be an overall WOW rental!

Enjoyed our stay, wish there was info sheet there regarding transportation, trolley, laundry, outdoor shower etc. also staying a week we needed more hand towels in the bath and kitchen towels, salt& pepper, spray cooking oil small things we had no access to flying in with out a car. Directions as to where we could purchase Kleenex & soap etc would be great info to add to a direction- welcome sheet . You have a great location & nice place. Thank you for including each chairs & toaster. Loved the sheets, bedding & shower - thanks so much.
