On the second floor, relax in the expansive great room with high-end seating and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The fully equipped chefā€™s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and bar seating for six. The sophisticated dining room seats twelve and opens to a balcony overlooking the pool.

Each bedroom is designed for serenity and elegance, featuring premium bedding, unique decor, and televisions. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower. Four additional King bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathrooms, while two bunk-bed rooms offer a fun space for kids.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart, making it effortless to explore the stunning beaches of Lido Key. We canā€™t wait to have you as our guest!

6 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the Cityā€™s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 16 persons, including both adults and children under 6. Great Family Get Away Home

Location is incredible with this property just one block off St. Armands Circle. Home was well appointed with recreational amenities and had a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms and large closets, great light from many windows. Home has a waterfall edge hot tub connected to the pool in the yard. We had great communication with the support staff and were contacted as soon as the home was available to check in. Beds were quite firm but still comfortable. Home is spacious and set up for entertaining. It was great home for our family vacation.we would rent here again.

House was great!! Amazing location! Very clean inside. House had a ton of room and lived the set up inside!!! The company was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The only complaint is the pool areas. The staircase was hard with kids and the tile was very slick. The pool deck could have been cleaner.

Beautiful Home-Great Location

Upon entering the door, our WOWS began. It was very clean, well equipped and great location. The teens were safely walking or riding the bikes to Starbucks in the morning and Kilwanā€™s for ice cream in the afternoon. Walking to the beach for sunsets, to restaurants, and just around the area was enjoyed by all. The pool was warm and used for hours every day. Best family reunion ever!!

Great Pool!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and outdoor grassy area was super nice. There does need to be a drainage system in the outdoor seating area/ gaming area. Water puddles up and creates a great breeding ground for mosquitoes. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice house with horrible cleaning service

We had a great opportunity to enjoy this beautiful big house for a big family in a great neighborhood near Lido Key circle and nice short road to the beach. However, our check-in brought us a lot of surprises. First of all, the cleaning service was just horrible. We came to a dirty house. The floor wasnā€™t clean at all. Huge slide door in the living room was so dirty and had a lot of gray lines on glass. The room, where was my sis-in-law was so big and nice, but the shower wasnā€™t cleaned at all. There were a hair in the shower. There was a dust and send on the beds upstairs. The hangers on the bedroom on second floor was broken, so people couldnā€™t open and close the door. There was always problems with a code on front door, which they try to fix, but it still didnā€™t work well. We paid over $600 for cleaning service and we must to clean this house to stay, either way being in this house was unsafe. So in all the house is very beautiful and good for big family, but I only come there again if they going tho change cleaning service.

Family getaway

The property was perfect for our large family group. The pool was enjoyed by everyone and being able to walk to both St. Armands circle and the beach was key. Only small complaint was the lack of refrigerator space for such a large home. There is a second refrigerator in the garage, thank goodness, but it would have been nice to have everything in one spot. One of the master bath sinks did not drain, and although a maintenance person came out, it never did drain properly. However, very minor problems, and overall we had a wonderful experience.

Great for a Friend's Getaway!

Overall, the 12 of us were very pleased with the accomodations and the location was absolutely perfect. When we did run into problems, Adam was able to fix them pretty quickly. Loved having the huge master suite, chill/gaming area, the beach chairs, towels, 2 laundry facilities, extra fridge and freezer space. Only downside, coming in to such an extravagant house, our expectations were that everything would be that way. Having to leave the air at 72, was not always the coldest and due to it being a rental property, some aspects were on the cheap side. We totally understand the money making side of this, but nicer luxuries for your guests would be highly recommend. Thanks for an overall great stay!

Great house and convenient location

the house was perfect for our annual family vacation. We'll laid out., Supplied and convenient to beach and shopping. Trevor was great in addressing our needs and problems we had with dishwasher and icemaker. The only negative is the air conditioning system is programmed and locked into 74 degrees. We could not adjust. Got pretty hot sometimes and made sleeping uncomfortable. Not user friendly at all.
