The comfort in Egret's Landing is stunning. The home is fully equipped with everything you need like a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat-screen HDTV set and free WIFI! One bedroom has a queen bed, two have king beds and there is a bonus room with bunk beds for the kids. Master bath features walk in shower and double sinks. Take a dip in the private heated pool of a this charming bungalow or use the gas grill while entertaining outside!
Just a short walk away is the famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. A beach cart, some chairs, as well as beach towels are provided. For other activities hop on the free Island Trolley that rides you up and down the Island. Close to everything: shops, restaurants and bars.
Linens & towels, etc. + beach equipment provided.

Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

GREAT location!

For the most part the house and location was great! The kids loved the pool, especially the sun deck area. My three year old spent most of his time playing there since he doesn’t love swimming quite yet. My only critique of the place is how dirty the pool was. They do have someone come to clean it once a week but it would have been nice if there was a vacuum or something that stayed in the pool or that we could have put in for a couple hours to help with the debris. That being said, the whole family still had a blast and we loved the location and the beach we were closest to. We also appreciated the beach chairs, canopy, and wagon that were at the house! Would definitely book again!

AMI Fun

The rental was fantastic. It was clean and fresh. The proximity to the beach was just a few block and the pool was great for all ages. The beach chairs/wagon/towels were appreciated. Our only negative would be the couch/loveseat were very uncomfortable w/springs sticking up and hard to sit on.

When we arrived, the code to the door lock had arrived by email. The door opened revealing a spotless home with modern furnishing and new appliances. The pool and pool deck were inviting, and clean with comfortable chairs and an excellent outside table with four comfortable bench seats and an umbrella. We found but never used their beach wagon or umbrella. There were 7 beach chairs. Air conditioning was easy to control. Hot water was plentiful and the showers comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable, the appliances foolproof and the refrigerator roomy with a water and ice dispenser on the door. The landscaping had recovered from the hurricanes offering an attractive green wall between properties. We were never bothered by noise from the adjoining condo or the street. There was parking off the road for 3 or 4 cars. The large TVs were Vizios. I think, with the pool and hard pool deck, a few more non-breakable plates and glasses would reduce the dishwashing frequency. We found everything just about perfect and would like to rent it next year.

Family trip

We’ve been to AMI multiple times and I’d say this was definitely one of the best stays. I won’t mention some of the not so best stays but just know if I’m leaving a review it’s because it was a wonderful stay. The house is what you get in the pics and then some. Close to the beach and with plenty of accommodations. Would book again for sure.

Lovely rental

The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. Beach cart and chairs were provided and that really helped save us money and get back and forth to the beach more easily. Communication was easy and responses were very quick and helpful. Thanks for the great week!

Very nice place.

We traveled to Florida for a wedding. Property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Just off the main drag. Traffic on the island gets a little busy at times. We definitely will rent this location again.

Spotless and comfortable!

We loved our vacation at Isle Haven A! So much space for a family of five- so well stocked, so clean, and so comfortable! The location was fabulous- a minute walk to the beach, Bunny’s fabulous Italian food right around the corner, and just a short ride to the attractions all over the island.

A wonderful home away from home

Nice kitchen, up to date appliances and everything worked. Cleanliness was top notch. Pool with lots of chairs. Baths all very clean Beds were quite comfortable as was family room furniture. A great location for beach and dining and weather!

Paradise! Beautiful property!

We can’t wait to come back! We’ve been to Anna Maria several times over the last ten years. This is one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at. The private pool was a hit for our kids and we loved the whole unit. It was extremely clean and updated. We will be returning!

Lovely Holmes Beach Property

Excellent! Large 2 bedrooms with king beds-very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bath is awesome with large shower with great water pressure. Exceptionally clean. Close to beach-3 blocks. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is good but smaller than what we were use to. Deck space is not large but ok. Management company was very responsive to anything we needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice updated condo unit on AMI.

We liked the decor and the recent updating. Very clean. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Living room/kitchen area overlooks a private pool area. Short walk to the beach where you can walk for miles on the beautiful white sand.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect for our needs. We did have trouble figuring out how to lock the door, but an after hours call was returned almost immediately, and the “problem” easily solved. We would definitely stay here again—and hopefully have more time to enjoy it.

Anna Maria is a beautiful place!

Short walk to the beach as well as free trolley at the corner made this the perfect location. Our favorite part of the house was our own very private pool. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful but lots of rules!

House was gorgeous, clean and just like the property advertised. Pool was excellent. Before arriving they require you sign a contract that basically states they can sue you for anything, so I was anxious about accidentally doing something wrong the whole time. There is a large binder of rules when you enter the house with lots of outlined fees and charges for any mistakes made (garbage, etc). So if you are comfortable with lots of rules, this is a place to stay. Our air conditioning broke for 2 nights and 1 full day. It was hard to get in touch with them and although they came and fixed it on the third day, it was quite hot in the house as it was August and very hot outside. They refunded only $100 for the inconvenience. Which was a nice thought but really, for 3 days without air I would have imagined more of a refund. Overall, I recommend the house - its about 2 blocks from beach in nice neighbourhood. Quiet and orderly. But be prepared to be on your toes about rules the whole time!
