    Tucked away on a quiet residential street, Beach n It is a ranch style pool home located 3 blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

    The bright kitchen leads to a spacious dining room with seating for six. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy vacation time together.

    The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathrooms. The guest room inclues a king bed. The added bonus room has a queen bed and two twin beds with access to the patio and pool. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

    The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. Enjoy your meal from the grill and dine poolside at the patio table with umbrella.

    Beach n It is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

    Beach n It is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Great Holiday Stay

We loved our stay here in Anna Maria. The house was the perfect size and decorated so nicely. The 3 beds in the side room were perfect for our kids. The location of this house is perfect for beach side and bay side adventures. We are already dreaming of our return.

We loved the quiet location but still 2 blocks from the beach. Loved the heated pool it actually felt warm. Home was large enough to gather w family. Kitchen equipped, all beds were comfy and again quiet neighborhood.

Great Place on the Island

We had a great time at this property. We travelled with our 1.5 year old daughter. The pool was perfect for her as there was an area she could walk around. We rented a golf cart and could access everything on the island.

Relaxing 4th of July Trip

My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and myself all stayed at this rental for the week of 4th of July. The house was so very clean and backyard pool area was a great hit with us. Since the beaches were so crowded we just enjoyed staying at the house and enjoyed the pool. The bed sheets were amazing and I have since purchased the same ones for my bed. The only thing we had a bit of an issue with was the bed in the master bedroom was a bit to soft to our liking. The beach was within walking distance and my dog enjoyed his daily neighborhood walks. I would definitely recommend this beach rental.

Very Nice

Really nice home. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars is one of the bathrooms is a little small. Other than that very nice. More than enough room for the five of us. Pool clean perfect size. Scallops wrapped in bacon were awesome on the grill. Everything updated really nice. Loved the concrete floors and wood floors. Was our 4th year in a row in Anna Maria. Thanks, loved it.

Lovely place.

Very nice home and location although, neighborhood very noisy every day with garbage pickup, mowing, tree cutting., leaf blowing. Also Pool supposed to be heated but was not.

Beach Relaxation

We spent a week in this property, very spur of the moment. They made the process really easy for us and we are grateful. We booked on a Friday afternoon and checked in on a Monday afternoon. Check-in was great and the communication with management team was excellent. The House is exactly as represented on the website. It’s a great location close to all the beaches. The pool was wonderful and the house was incredibly clean. Great air conditioning and comfortable beds. If we could change one thing, we would probably have liked to have a few basics available in the house. it’s pretty much other than linens strip down like a hotel. But overall, we loved the property and our stay. We would recommend and return.

Perfect vacation home for large family!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6. Plenty of (comfortable) beds, big functional kitchen with a large dining room table. Full size laundry machines and dishwasher. The frying pans could use an update (non-stick worn down), as well as some forks that had chips in them. The pool was clean and warm, and large enough for 4 kids to play games with each other. Nice backyard and patio furniture. The only snafoo came when the key pad didn't work upon arrival (our phones did not work in the States to call the after hours emergency number). Once we got the key out of the lock box though it was smooth sailing! Quick and easy beach access too. Nice long driveway.

1st time to AMI. Won't be the last.

The house and pool were great. Great location too. We did have a few maintenance issues unfortunately. AC unit froze up after turning it on. Had maintenance and then an AC company there the day after check in. Thursday night a breaker popped during the evening and we lost power to half the house. The key to the room with the breaker box could not be found till the next day. Breaker popped a few more times. The rental company was very quick with our calls and coming out. They called in an electrician to come and fix the issue Saturday after we checked out. Even with the issues we would still rent again.

Another great stay!!!! However, the house seemed to be run down a bit. Several windows wouldn't close all the way, including the kitchen window. But all in all, a very nice stay.

Loved the pool

A very charming home with everything you need for a great vacation. My one complaint is the Air conditioning is locked and it was freezing inside the house We had to use blankets to warm up or go outside. The Drain is very slow in the master bath. Beautiful house!!

Beautiful Rental!

My family and I absolutely loved this vacation rental! We had 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The house itself was beautiful, had a very happy beachy feel. The driveway had plenty of room for our rental cars and the golf cart we rented. Kitchen was fully equipped, house was well taken care of and very clean. We absolutely loved the backyard and pool set up. It was so nice to have a pool with a larger first step with an umbrella stand. My 1 year old daughter played on the first step of the pool for hours each day. We loved that there was 2 fridges, plenty of room for drinks and food. Plenty of room for a pack n play in any of the rooms. So many restaurants and shops nearby, highly recommend renting a golf cart! We would absolutely rent Beach n It again!

Great Week at AMI

This is our second time renting from Anna Maria Life. We'll definitely use them again. We are pretty picky with our rental quality and “Beach-In It” was great. I have no complaints. The house served our family of 4 plus 2 small dogs great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Just a short golf cart ride to whatever you need. The house was well maintained, well decorated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the 2nd refrigerator in the garage was useful. The pool was clean and we'll maintained. The outdoor areas were great. We replaced a few lightbulbs, but they were already at the house. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would recommend this rental.

Great Rental Agency!

I have rented this property for the past 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The layout, pool and location are perfect for my husband and I. Anna Maria Life Vacations have been amazing to work with. I decided to cancel my reservation for next year because the rental price went up too much. AMLV was able to work with me and transfer my deposit to another rental we made for December of 2022 so we didn't lose money canceling the Beach n it rental. I will be sure to recommend you to friends looking for rentals in the future and I can only hope that rental prices will come down and be more affordable on AMI.

Perfect vacation house

The house was very clean when we arrived and was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family and kids. The pool and backyard were the best part! It was so nice having a fenced in yard and nice sized warm pool all to ourselves.

This is more like 4.5 stars. The place is awesome, but I must mention 2 things. We were extremely disappointed that the place did not offer any sort of cable service. We have been coming to AMI for 7 years and this was the first time that we couldn't watch NFL on Thanksgiving, which was quite disappointing. Also, the refrigerator needs replaced. It leaks on the inside and the ice maker is super loud and "clicks" almost hourly.

Do not recommend

Where to start? Before arriving while on a 20 hour drive get a text that the washing machine is broken. We packed with the intentions of doing laundry frequently. This was Saturday. Told repair person will show Tuesday the day we need to do laundry. Arrived to find the 3 out of 5 bed linens very dirty with sand and even food crumbs. We were tired so kiddos had to share the other bed. Also the pool was dirty, and that level of leaves and dead frogs was not just recent…some frogs were decaying. Called the office Monday morning and told we can just go to the laundromat for laundry (just how I want to spend my vacation NOT) and that we can just go to the beach instead of using the pool. Thankfully on Monday we got new linen and I had to make the beds up. Monday we discover the shower drain backs up…gross and unsanitary. So we had to wait for the guy to come and fix. That took a couple more hours out of our vacation. We had to be on site because we have a dog but she seemed a bit tense so we didn't want her stressed out so we stuck around every time someone would need to come. The pool guy came and cleaned the pool before his due time of Thursday. The repair man showed up on Tuesday only to say the washer needs replacing. So we had yet another day to wait for them to arrive which was Thursday. By then we were out of clean laundry. 6 days into our trip we finally were not interrupted with repair folks. But our dog stayed on high alert the entire time we were there so we certainly never felt like we had privacy. And Wednesday the following week we get a call from the rental company that we had the brown patio furniture in the pool and it needs removed. SUPER CREEPY. Just look at the pool, we had no idea it wasn't allowed, the binder said nothing. We were not at the house at that time and when we arrived, the chairs were already moved. Clearly our dog was very correct to be on high alert! Lastly, the Nest Thermostat. Nothing better than walking into a place every time we were gone and it's 78-80 degrees. Even better we had to get up every single night to turn the temp down as it would go back to 78-80. The owners have it set and you can adjust the temp but not for long before it goes back to the settings. A 2 week vacation and essentially frustrating the entire time. The rental company did minimal damage control but bottom line, things should have been handled very differently starting with the washer being broken. That alone is a deal breaker for us. We won't be renting though this company again.
