NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY OR MARCH? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you.

Other things to note
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- *HOA application fee required: $150 per person or per couple. HOA approval may take a few days for approval so at least a week will be needed prior to any check in once booked.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*. 1 Pet Max and MUST be no more than 24 lbs.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
