Sand Dollar cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day spent at the beach, exploring the local area of Siesta Key and Sarasota, or venturing further afield to the many desirable locations reachable from its ideal location of Gulf Gate village. If relaxing is not your vibe, the location of this property boasts the fact that you can walk to an array of nearby bars, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and stores within a 5 minute walk.

On those days you choose to unwind and relax, the pool, in the quiet surroundings the neighborhood offers, is the perfect place to do so. The property has a private swimming pool, patio surrounding the pool, BBQ grill all within the screened enclosure, ideal for those al fresco dinners. Sit back and relax with your favorite book (or cocktail using the complimentary set).The table provides an umbrella for shade. Should you need further space there is a gated yard just behind the pool area.

Sand Dollar Cottage is in an ideal location in the south end of Sarasota with the south bridge lending you access onto Siesta Key for those (local) beach days. Only 2 miles to Crescent beach, access 12 which offers the option of renting a bike or walking. Siesta key beach can be reached within a 10 minute drive and turtle beach in 13 minutes.

The home comprises of a spacious open plan living area with a modern and updated kitchen. Whether you choose to sit at the breakfast bar with a coffee watching TV, gather the family around the 6 person dining table or have a more intimate dinner at the glass table in the bay window, there are many options here at Sand Dollar Cottage. On those days you wish to dine indoors, simply slide back the windows to the pool and listen to the birds/crickets (mosquito nets remain).

Appliances; dishwasher, electric stove and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, mixer and blender being amongst them. It is also fully stocked with all your crockery and utensil needs.

The kitchen and dining area provides full view of the pool area enabling you to put your mind at ease whilst little ones (or big ones) are playing.

The living room provides a cool and calm environment, housing a corner sofa to relax and unwind, as well as an armchair and accent chair. Should further seating be required then the futon is also accessible here. The large TV offers all streaming services and live TV. WiFi is included. There is plenty of room here for little ones to play and escape the midday heat. Also it’s a great place to socialize with family and friends.

Should you need to use it, there is a Laundry Room, offering you the ability to wash and dry your clothes.
