Beautiful 3bdr/2bth 2car garage with New Heated Pool

Newly renovated home in the Heart of Sarasota.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage +new heated pool home is ready for you and your vacation experience. Beautiful Kitchen with granite counters and SS appliances. Fully furnished complete with all linens, towels, and kitchen accessories. Just bring your clothes and a tooth brush. Located just off Tamiami Trail with easy access to shops, restaurants, downtown Sarasota with all the atmosphere there and minutes to our world famous Siesta Key Beach.

***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.

Wonderful vacation

It was a wonderful vacation, thank you to the owners for the extremely quick response, the electric kettle was not working in the house, and within half an hour of writing the message, the owner delivered a new kettle, thank you very much. The location is great, the pool is extremely clean and warm, we really enjoyed our stay with you and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at this home for a week the first week of June. It was exactly how it was described and very nice and clean. Great location so close to everything. The pool is extremely nice and our kids absolutely loved it. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great place for a family vacation

The property was exactly like the pics. The place was loaded with everything needed for the beach plus extra necessities. The layout was nice and very spacious. My only issue was lack of communication prior to the stay. I had questions that went unanswered but other than that the overall stay was excellent my family enjoyed ourself. Could be more baby friendly as I brought my 8month old but I had amazing help from my parents so keeping him busy was easy. Will recommend and the area itself is beautiful as well.

Home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with toaster, coffee pot, dishes, etc. Location was perfect- near beaches and restaurants. This house was ideal for our party of 6 adults. And the pool was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, needs some TLC

Over the years, we rented approximately seven properties in a variety of areas. Unfortunately, this property was one of the more disappointing experiences weā€™ve had. While the location of the property was convenient to many area attractions and the private pool provided a nice getaway, the house lacked many of the creature comforts we have been accustomed to, including proper lighting in major living spaces, access to cable television rather than Internet streaming, and bathrooms that are fully cleaned with faucets that are securely fastened. With a few minor adjustments, this property could be markedly improved.

Perfection!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. We rent from VRBO several times per year and this was by far the best home. We arrived early and were told by the owner that the house was ready for us. The house was immaculate! There are so many touches that make for a wonderful stay. The bedding is wonderful, the sheets soft. The pool is heated and clean and we loved having meals outside. The owner was easily reachable and responded promptly whenever I had a question. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean, comfy home with everything you need and more, do not hesitate to rent this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was clean, beds, comfortable,.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and plenty of room for a family of 4+ dog. We had hoped to have a larger fenced in yard for the dog as that was a little misleading since the fence was really just a screening with very little yard. Kitchen amenities were adequate though could use a few more glasses. We were visiting during a very cold week and couldā€™ve used blankets on our beds and possibly a few throw blankets for the couch, however beds were very comfortable and the heat worked great. Location was perfect for our family as it is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and very central to anything you want to do.

This place was just as listed and pictures match property. Communication with property manager was very good. Pool was very nice. We did not eat in but kitchen had everything needed to make dinner at home. Very private home with fence that allowed for privacy while in the home. Neighborhood was quiet. Great host in great part of town

The location is lovely (so close to everything with easy access to US 41 but also tucked safely away). Pool is gorgeous and the house is large, open, clean, and great for families. It was really nice to be able to have access to the garage to squeeze in a workout, too! We have stayed at this hosts' other properties before and are always impressed.
